Absolutely horrendous service. We arrived at 14:10hrs. Placed our orders at 14:26hrs. I got my beer after 15 mins had to ask to have the glass of wine for my partner. ZERO hospitality. The waiter, after asking after one hour for my food brought the chicken to the wrong table. Finally he brought the food, slammed it on my table and said next time you complaint about service, I’ll show you how Georgia treats complaints like he is about to punch me. I cannot believe this. One hour fifteen minutes for food and then threatening us to hit us. This place should close down immediately.
Oh and we were not the only table having problems. The table behind us wanted to get up and walk away as it was one hour and 30 mins since their food arrived.
Pathetic and absolutely disgusting restaurant
I don’t like modern interpretation of Georgian cuisine here, but some dishes are really good. This place is more convenient for huge company or family dinners
A very beautiful and aesthetic place.
Especially if you are in the summer, I think it is very cool on the veranda. I was in the fall, it didn't allow me to sit outside)
So, aesthetics, interior details, serving - everything is very beautifully done.
Very tasty cuisine. A beautiful pitch. I was very pleased with the salmon with black rice, it really is the perfect combination.
But the service is at zero. It feels like the staff is deeply indifferent to the guests. What they meet is so-so, what they serve is so-so. Each time, the waiter had to shout on his own to call and ask for salt (for some reason it was not considered necessary to add it to the table initially).
In general, the place is nice, if you don't pay attention to the hostesses and waiters, but it doesn't really work out.
The location of the restaurant itself is very beautiful, especially on the street, because of the location at the height of the roofs of the street below, air conditioning gives an advantage inside the building. The menu is in Georgian and English, the waiters did not speak Russian. I didn't order a table, because we lived downstairs, so we just went upstairs from the courtyard. Plus, the staff found a table right away. We ordered the most expensive dishes on the grill, the order was accepted, but after 10 minutes we apologized and said that one dish was in the stack, so we made another order. The wine was brought immediately, but the food had to wait an hour. At the same time, the grilled chicken turned out to be colder than the side dish, but it tasted bland, there was almost no salt, pepper, garlic. Considering the price of the dish, I was hoping for something more expressive. Maybe I was unlucky, but I won't go a second time.
Very cozy, beautiful, atmospheric
The menu is standard, the food is delicious
The presentation is beautiful, without unnecessary show-offs
The products are fresh!
Cats! :) They are there and they are cool
The prices are above average, but it's worth it
It is a good place, there is also a Russian-speaking staff, but it was comfortable for me to communicate in English. Clean, tasty, not fast (after all, this is a restaurant). Be sure to try their dolma, khinkali with cheese, a set of phali ... it's a delight! A very beautiful interpretation in the interior of the old mansion, many beautiful and interesting details. Service when and how: it all depends on the waiter and his interest in tipping 😄
This is probably the best place I've been in the last few years.
The food exceeded all my expectations - it is incredibly balanced in taste, texture, and serving. Rosemary bread (flatbread) was brought to the salad - straight from the fire.
It was +32 on this day, but the tables outside are shaded from the house and are located right under the trees, so it was unusually fresh.
And despite the proximity of the avenue on the map, you can't hear it at all, and you can admire the mountains and clouds passing by in peace and quiet.
The most delicious author's cuisine among many places in Tbilisi in an original interior that successfully reflects the atmosphere of the old city. The most delicious ajapsandali and the most delicious dolma I have ever tasted in my life
It was good and delicious for us.
10 points for dolma (very well, I realized that there was no dolma in Dagestan)
10 urban khachapuri (puff pastry, fresh cheese)
Mini khinkali is unusual and good, I will leave it without evaluation.
A popular place in Tbilisi (and among the locals too). Five for the interior, three for the decoration. We waited for the dishes for a very long time, the finale was that one of the dishes (chicken), which we waited 1.5 hours for! They accidentally gave it to another table. And it wasn't even our waiter who realized this, but another one (ours only nodded to our questions about the readiness of the dish, that everything was in the process, everything would be soon).
The manager apologized, offered two free desserts or to remake the chicken (but we were not ready to wait another 1.5 hours). They agreed to desserts (especially noted by others), but the impressions of the restaurant remained ambiguous.
There are no khinkali and other "ordinary" Georgian dishes on the menu. Instead, you will find reinterpretations of national cuisine in a modern European way. The food is delicious, the serving is beautiful, the interior, the atmosphere, the view from the terrace - everything is fine.
The food is delicious, very good! The pitch is beautiful! The prices are too high. The interior is impressive. They served us coldly. We took a salad with tomatoes, classic khachapuri, khinkali with cheese. We recommend this place if you want to sit expensive and rich
Initially, they didn't want to know Russian here or they didn't know it, but as it turned out, the staff's knowledge of English was also worse than mine. Russian russians say that if it suddenly happens that the staff was wrong: either the dish is not tasty or something else, and God forbid you tell the staff about it, then you will immediately be surrounded by kind employees and will start pressing you and yelling at you in the purest Russian (they immediately say in Russian that they were warned about everything, etc. And that you don 't know anything about food and culture , and in general , with your dissatisfaction , you completely ruin people's business here .
I haven't been to Tbilisi for five years and was waiting for my return to Keto and Kote, but here I am so disappointed. It feels like the guys have played too much in Michelin and, unfortunately, with a loss of quality. The food is all bland, strange combinations of flavors. We had dinner for two hours in the corridor with an almost empty restaurant, the hostess's job is like this)
Before there was an atmosphere of homely Georgia with fragrant lemonades and feasts, and now they carry bottles of cola and some stray tourists. We have discovered much more interesting places in Tbilisi
The worst service in my life. We were in the evening, the restaurant was half empty. The menu was waited for 35 minutes. The waiters ignore all the signs and glances, so I had to get up and go look for them all myself. I was with a small child and a Georgian friend. This has not changed the attitude towards us. A friend came earlier and communicated with them in Georgian while she was waiting for us - she was also shocked by the dismissive tone towards the guests, as if you were tolerated and not at all happy, all the waiters with mournful faces, then why work here if you are so sick of people?!
There were no dishes from the menu. The waitress spoke through her teeth, rolled her eyes, advised nothing, often repeated "I do not know", no hospitality, although the restaurant is expensive. Europeans were sitting next to us - exactly the same attitude towards them, we looked at each other in bewilderment.
Salad without dressing absolutely, for 38lari we left greens and cheese on a plate, waited for salad and soup for another 40 minutes. They asked for the bill 3 times, as if you were talking to the wall. This is simply unthinkable! We were so amazed that we did not believe that it was possible to actually communicate in this way.
We visited this place in the 19th century, it was completely different, both in terms of food and atmosphere. It's strange that the rating is still so high. This is a disgusting place! No beautiful interior saves him, do not waste time and do not spoil your mood!!
The staff is boorish. We saw that there is a good rating and interior. They came, behaved kindly, greeted, communicated in English, the waiters did not even greet in response, passed by and deliberately ignored. The hostess behaved politely and showed which way to go, although in general they usually take you to a table. Well, all right. We sat down, took the menu and... nothing. We waited for 20-25 minutes and a waiter passed by us, who approached other guests checking if they needed something and purposely walked past us several times even when we politely called him. They got up and left.
a beautiful view of the city, a very quiet place and an unusual view from the courtyard - it's just that it's difficult to find this place along the way, and that's why it's nice to be there.
A controversial opinion. The food is delicious, but the prices are too high. We tried mushrooms, khachapuri, salads, phali, chicken and much more. The portions are large, there were no khinkali on a weekday afternoon. There is zero hospitality, of course, I would like to get at least one smile in return, but to no avail. The interior and exterior are pleasant and atmospheric.
Simply unrealistically delicious food, lovely waiters and hostesses, atmospheric, clean, especially liked salads with tomatoes, lemonade with raspberries and mint, chicken and salmon on coals, and what freshly baked bread! I strongly recommend it!
Russian russians are not welcome, they talked to each other in Russian, and when we came up, the hostess started talking to us in English, Alya does not know Russian, and when they started talking in English, they said there were no free tables for today, so there were quite a lot of free tables!
Expensive.Delicious.
I'll give you five points for the food!!
The receipt includes 19% for the service , given that the price tag is a high percentage for the service, too, is not puny. And it is simply missing, the gentle waiters will leave you sitting at a table full of crumbs and dirty plates.
They don't speak Russian, there is no website, so it will be difficult to ask about dishes in English.
Delight.
Incredible menu, very tasty cuisine.
The very surroundings and design - do not take your eyes off!
One minus is that everything is standing firm)
If you are from Russia, then avoid the place. The attitude of the staff is disgusting. If you take the interior, it is very atmospheric, it is worth going for it. The food is not bad, but without the wow effect. The price of the dishes is above average, but this is due to the location.
Inflated prices for tasteless food, the staff from the villages does not speak /understand any language except Georgian. In the "stewed mutton", a plate of bulgur with TWO pieces of mutton 2x2 cm. A warm beer was served, and instead of replacing it, they offered to bring ice to it. Got there by mistake on the way to a nearby institution, don't make mistakes like us...
I really didn't like it! We were sitting on the terrace and when you're sitting there, I understand the level of service drops a lot. We ordered a pate, they brought us a dish without forks, spoons and napkins. The pate itself is very bad, actually it is not a pate, but just a chicken liver without butter, which, like a stone, does not spread on bread at all. The bread is all covered in butter, two croutons from it don't flow much. The jam was pleasant, but there was very little of it. For that price, the portion is tiny . Our friends were not served their ordered drinks. And we asked for napkins several times. I didn't like it at all, I don't understand why this cafe is popular, they definitely don't come there to eat.
Atmospheric, expensive, pretentious, beautiful and very tasty. If you want haute cuisine, then you are here. If something is simpler and more sincere, then a lot of places are better
A lovely and cozy place.
They were hospitably welcomed , escorted to a table , all the staff was responsive and smiling .
We ordered a warm salad with chicken, khinkali with cheese -everything is very tasty)
The atmosphere is very cozy, pleasant interior, as if you are sitting somewhere in the country.
It is worth visiting and enjoying the atmosphere of this wonderful institution!
+ An authentic place, quite a lot of tables both inside and outside, pleasant music.
+ the food is ordinary, to put it mildly, nothing special (we tried quite a lot of dishes), expensive (in terms of price / quality ratio), the attitude of the waiters leaves much to be desired.
Very colorful, delicious. But the prices are certainly not for everyone. It's a very interesting atmosphere, I don't even know how to describe it. It's a pity there is no menu in Russian, I had to use a Google translator).
Incredibly delicious dishes. Separately, I would like to highlight the mini khinkali with pesto sauce. Friendly staff, beautiful interior. One of the best, if not the best restaurant in Tbilisi.
An amazing place with a cool veranda overlooking the city. At the same time, the veranda is surrounded by greenery and trees, very cool. The cuisine is delicious, the portions are large! Mini khinkali with cheese and pesto - love! A large wine list, which is generally typical of Tbilisi
A pretentious place, with a hard-to-reach location. The staff does not know Russian. For such prices, they could have learned a little bit. Dolma got a little harsh.
It's a terrible place, if you speak Russian, the waiters don't pay attention to you, they pass by when you ask to call someone, they say now and pass by, Russophobia flourishes in this institution.
It's an incredibly beautiful place. Large portions, very tasty salads. There is a proper approach in everything, the waiters are polite. I just had to wander around a bit in search of an entrance, but it's better to focus on the route in the maps right away.
To get a true buzz from a restaurant, you need to ignore the service altogether. Just choose, place an order and get high.
This is the place where I was surprised by the interior, and then I tried one of the best kharchos in my life (I won't spoil it, just order it). Everything is very tasty and the portions are insanely large. The main thing is to try the cheese from the cheese plate with care. One of them with a surprise)
Poor service. One of the guests was delayed by a dish for 1.5 hours, and then they brought it to another table altogether. The man stayed hungry and left.
the most beautiful interior I've seen in recent years. delicious food and crazy desserts (my friends and I tried everything, almost swallowed our tongues!). I recommend 100%. მადლობა!
Beautiful interior, nice green terrace with a view of the city. All of the advantages.
They asked for a salad without onions and lemonade with a minimum of ice. The salad was brought, with pieces of chili pepper on top. We didn't see it and started eating. As a result - allergy, burnt esophagus. The waitress said that the pepper would be removed, but the salad itself would not be redone. The manager was called - he promised to redo the salad. About 10 minutes later they brought a new one - with onions, risotto with onions and lemonade all in ice. The phrase "why did you put onions and ice everywhere" was answered that these were standard dishes. We said that we would not come again, to which the manager replied to us “ok, bye“
Spoiled dinner and mood.
It's not a customer-oriented place at all, and the prices are much higher than the average in the city.
A great place for a family holiday or with colleagues , the food is delicious but ordinary , the serving also does not differ from an ordinary cafe , the price tag is 30-40 percent higher , taking into account VAT and service excluded from the price , a very atmospheric place , we were lucky and put on the balcony without reservation , it was interesting . A good selection of wine and here the wine is not very expensive, given the pathos of the place .
