They couldn't do the hair I wanted. Although I showed them from their own photos from the hair samples on their own pages, they couldn't do it, and what they told me was "it happens in one or two washes anyway". I gave all the money in the world and left there unhappy. They said they could fix my coming back a week later, I went, they tried to fix it, thank you, but unfortunately they still couldn't do the hair I wanted as a result..
