We visited this spa in November. I looked at the reviews here, I was preparing for the worst.
But in fact:
- the four of us went from the Guide, the price of the basic program is $ 25 (the hotel was $ 45)
- clean, spacious center, met, gave towels, escorted.
- the Russian-speaking girl showed everything, asked what expectations and if there were any wishes for a massage. I asked the masseuse girl — they did it without any problems.
- both girls and men work in the hammam itself. Everything is fine, we did our job, everything is very neat and careful. No groans, sighs and harassment, the men there are generally afraid to make an extra move so that no one thinks that they are groping someone. Moreover, there are cameras.
People who go to the hammam (in a swimsuit, that's it!), apparently think that they should be rubbed through the air with a mitten.
I repeat, there were no unnecessary movements, and even more so there were no "attempts" on intimate areas.
- after the Hammam, the same Russian-speaking girl came up and asked if everything was okay, if there were any comments or maybe something was wrong.
- the massage is good, they do Thai. For a general massage — very much so.
About what they write, that they were diagnosed and given additional tests, we had this: there were four of us — two 30 years old, and two women 55-60 years old. So to those who are 55-60, the masseuse brought a Russian-speaking girl, and said what and where is wrong: one assumed the consequences of sedentary work and they were called, the second, on the contrary, the consequences of working on her feet. Maybe it's a coincidence, but it's all the same here.
They just told me where the problem is, and that IF you WISH, you can take a full massage, or take a course. They voiced IT AND LEFT! No one extorted or forced anything.
And those who are 30 did not come at all, they said that everything was fine and you DID NOT NEED an additional massage.
No one imposed anything.
- after the massage, they made a face mask, took them to the lobby and poured tea (for free), asked about their impressions. It was possible to sit in the sauna before closing time. There is still a swimming pool in summer, but it was closed in November.
There are fish, salt room, floating, foot baths, mud fountain. 2 any procedures cost $ 10.
General vibe: if you want additional services, buy, if you don't want, don't buy.
They just told us and showed us what else is there, and how much it costs.
In short, a normal place, good impressions!
I do not recommend it.
There is no customer orientation, all the staff is nervous, the girl who washed in the hammam is twitchy, her hands are stiff, it is clear that she is in neurosis. They don't smile, the girls have a dissatisfied face.
I came to rest, not to export slaves.
I asked the masseur for a woman, they changed to a man, he saw my fifth point, began to breathe heavily, asked my name, made compliments…Last time I was in Kemer in a state hammam, everything was on the level, but here you get dirty more than you get wet.
Sooo cool place! We signed up with the hotel guide, I just thought to show the children the tradition of the Hammam..and here is just a gorgeous spa center! Masters from Thailand and other countries, Russian-speaking staff (for those who care) To the hammam in addition, there were fish (as in Thai) and massage for 30 minutes: och. a competent masseuse got caught, listed all my problems, I took another hour of massage (there was a mix of Thai and therapeutic massage): I have not done a cooler massage yet (although I only perceived Thai before), all the zones, lymph, back clamps have been worked out - perfect! I also took chocolate wraps for the children (they have slightly raised shoulders), after wrapping the skin was gone. They also took milkshakes to them. In general, for a week of rest in Turkey, it was the most properly spent money, we were completely delighted! I recommend it 100%
The guides advertise this hammam beautifully, BUT it's better to overpay the money and go to another place.
For $ 27-35 (depending on the hotel) you get:
1) one stay in the Finnish sauna is unlimited (but this is what kind of health you need to have to sit for more than 15 minutes at 70 °);
2) Waiting for a wash in a corner resembling a train station, and someone standing after a sauna;
3) 10-12 minutes of foam washing and pilling in the washroom. This is NOT a hammam, but a washroom. The temperature and humidity are like in public baths in washrooms.
4) Massage for 20 minutes with the imposition of additional services costing from $ 50. And it will definitely be the middle part of the back and the collar area, and not your problem area.
There is also a rest on the sun beds and a mud mask on the face at the end of the procedures, an outdoor pool. Also beer for € 5, water for € 3 and other sky-high prices.
The most unpleasant thing is that this place is a conveyor belt, group after group arrives.
For an additional fee, there is a 4×4m salt room, a clay-colored dirty water shower, a 2.5×4 fish pool and various relaxation and massage treatments.
Like many, they got there by buying a package from a tour operator at the hotel. A Russian-speaking woman met at the spa, clarified the preference of a man / woman who would do a hammam and massage. I asked a woman, but as a result, only a woman did the massage. The massage is very mediocre. The master allegedly did not speak Russian, performed diagnostics with her pens, found a bunch of diagnoses like toxins and stagnation of salts. She called an interpreter, who began to persistently offer a super mix massage with an effect for a year ahead. As it turned out later, the young man's massage therapist did the same thing, and the diagnoses converged. Okay, we were ready to sell services. But the guide at the hotel said that they would give disposable underwear for massage. It was not given. How can I ask when your master speaks neither Russian nor English? As a result, the swimsuits are stained with oil.
Well, the overall impression is not very good. Working on the flow, pulling money. I'm sure there's a much better spa. However, you need to look for them yourself🥲
Good afternoon!
I give 5 stars for the fact that the client is heard. And they are trying to make their institution better, because the management simply does not get feedback.
We went to this institution on 06/05-23, also according to the guide, everything is fine there. In fact, as the conveyor wrote above, so in order:
The girl Aya arrived, met us, told us everything, how everything was arranged for them, all kinds of services, it was not intrusive. From the add. We refused the services. Next, we went to the procedures. Let's say we didn't like all the moments. What we shared with the man when we left (as it turned out, he was alone and the director). During the conversation, we expressed our wishes for their institution to become better. He heard us.
It was nice that Aya, his assistant, worked with us further. And we have described everything for each moment and ran through it. It was very nice that they invited us as a bonus for the second time, completely free of charge (we didn't even expect it). Everything went great the second time. I really appreciate people when they don't argue, but are ready to change and work on their shortcomings. Feel free to speak up. After all, you can find an approach to any person.
Therefore, I recommend this institution.
we decided to go to the spa advertised by our tour operator. the program included: take a steam bath in an Ottoman bath (~ 70 ℃), then they take you to a room with a large hot stone, on which a Turkish man does peeling, after which you are directed to a 20-minute massage in an individual room. to say that it was very awkward at the peeling is to say nothing.. the Turks are humming their songs, specially tickling their heels, getting into their ears, and I have little idea how this is connected with the spa. and yet, in the middle of the massage, my masseuse abruptly came out and went in with some woman who turned out to be a translator. the Thai woman said one sentence, and the translator gave me an additional honey massage for about 3 minutes))) they offered services VERY obsessively. as it turned out, such a scheme turns out with clients regularly. from this intervention in the middle of the massage, the mood completely disappeared, and there was no way to relax again.
I do not advise you to waste money and time
Sanitary standards are not observed. My husband began to have rashes on his legs after the hammam. The pillow under my head in the hammam stank of rotten stuff. The procedures themselves are done on the dump, because people go through them like on an assembly line. They are bred for additional services at every step. During the massage, an employee of the institution came and began to impose an additional massage on my husband and me for $ 100 per person. Very insistent. We specifically took an extended program so that we would not be molested. But it didn't help. This place is disgusting. We didn't get any relaxation. Only frustration from the money spent.
Nothing special, an ordinary spa area, with far from the best level of service.
We bought into the praises of the guide from Anex.
In fact, a divorce for money, each stage is accompanied by the sale of additional services at an inflated price. The funny thing is that at first one price is negotiated, and as a result, this price is higher in the receipt.
We were offered the services of a cosmetologist for $ 40, and the receipt reflected $ 60, and we argued for a long time that the price was announced differently.
This place could have become a fairy tale if the staff had the desire to do everything conscientiously, probably would have gone there every day. And so, there was an unpleasant aftertaste of divorce for money, and the feeling of streaming mechanical work without a soul.
Flow. Very bad. Salt and dirt are just a mockery of customers. As in other reviews: we trusted the guide's opinion. As a result, the spa at the hotel is ten times better, although more expensive (the miser pays twice). The only service I was pleased with was the wrapping. There are no markups and other things here.
I join the previous reviews. A divorce for money, a weak massage, the service leaves much to be desired. We bought into the guide's praise, as a result, minus the lost time and spoiled mood.
It's a terrible place! Divorce for money, they impose additional services for a lot of money, massage therapists paw, the staff is rude ((( I do not recommend it to anyone! Don't be fooled when the hotel guide of Anex tour will happily talk about this hamam, they all get a percentage from these trips and lie without blushing
