As for the main course, it often happens that the chicken is presented in an attractive form, but sometimes there is a situation with serving — it may not meet the standards.
In general, we can say that KFC offers a varied menu, and there are many positive aspects in it — for example, fast service, but sometimes the quality and freshness of the dishes can disappoint. This makes visiting KFC a fairly neutral experience: expectations do not always match reality, and each customer can decide for themselves how important the quality of service and the freshness of food are to them.

Disgusting, yesterday 05.03 at 19:25 I made an order through a self-service checkout. I took 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 pieces of Hot Trio for the promotion.
1. A double cheeseburger is when there are 2 slices of cheese, I had 1 slice in all of them.
2. 1 sauce was not reported.
I took everything with me, and of course you won't turn out the whole package on the spot and open the packages to check how many slices of cheese there are.
Extremely unhappy with what is happening, check the cameras as your employees collect it all. The impressions are only negative!

I have great respect for the work of catering workers, but I cannot remain silent here. I repeatedly come here with my child and observe the same picture: very slow work of the staff, even at low workload (3-5 orders on the scoreboard), you wait more than 10 minutes. Dirt on the tables and floor, when an employee is called to the cashier, there is also a long wait (10 minutes).
Even once she asked me to give me a rag or napkin myself and I will clean the table and sofa myself, which I received a lapel-turn in a rough form. And only once from the third time, an employee came and cleaned the table. The food itself is delicious, I won't say anything, but the nerves and the atmosphere are not worth it.

There are not enough tables sometimes. The food is delicious. An hour before closing, some types of sweets disappear. Well, it's understandable. But without the CFS, honestly there would be no place to sit, have a snack, drink beer. So I hope the guys don't run away from this place. A child with a girlfriend came in today, returned home with poisoning. It looks like a milkshake, or maybe a burger. My daughter's friend was punched in the order and brought standard potatoes, although she specifically asked for a rustic one. And, of course, they didn't change it after the error was discovered. Children will not be able to defend their buyer's rights😡😡😡 The impression is disgusting. I strongly recommend that the sanitary station pay attention to this point.

Unfortunately, we faced a hanging in this restaurant..2 cheeseburgers should be 150+ grams each, but in the end they barely reached 100 grams each.. the chickenburger turned out to be not with a cutlet, but with bytes.. the potatoes are over-dried - like rubber.. Extra sauce was added to the order (thanks for that). There were only 2 napkins in the bag, the potatoes were cold and very salty, the burger was also cold and dry. Very cold. It's a terrible place, cold and busy. On shift, three people do everything, it turns out very slowly. The food is cold and tasteless. The chicken is 10,000 years old, judging by the color.
