Крайне редко заезжаем покушать в такие заведения. Но, мы были ограничены во времени и заехали пообедать сюда в надежде, что не понадобится много времени и успеем потом ещё по делам. Но в итоге, нам пришлось ждать свой заказ 35 минут. Возможно, такое время подготовки заказа из-за обеденного времени... Но это же фаст-фуд и приходя сюда думаешь, что не потеряешь столько времени на ожидание заказа. В остальном все хорошо и вкусно, персонал вежливый! Не совсем удобно, что уборная только на 2 этаже, на 1 этаже только для людей с ограниченными возможностями и сходу не найти, куда идти, не хватает указателей

Полковник Сандерс дал им технологические карты и вообще всю схему работы, бери да пользуйся. Но нет, им всё нужно сделать по-своему. В результате полчаса стоишь в очереди, потом полчаса ждёшь заказ. Прям новое слово в индустрии фаст-фуда. Слоу-фуд, я бы сказал.

Не продали 1.5 литровую Pepsi при заказе на 16 тыс тенге еды, ссылаясь что она в комплекте, а комплект закончился. Вобщем обсурд.

KFC Auto впервые пользовался подобным сервисом. Впечатления восторженные. Были проездом в Караганде потратили минимально времени.
Пожелание ввести предзаказ с самовывозом через программу KFC

Да заведение конечно испортилось. Заходишь грязь на полу, персонал хамит плюс ещё работают без головного убора, не всегда но бывало. В городе на сити молле мне очень нравиться но на республики прям совсем все плохо
