Usually, the bulk of the products is stored on a warm bin, which heats it up, there are rules according to which everything should be thrown away, but, as a rule, no one observes them. So... Choose the time of the trip to the KFS very well and it is advisable not to take delivery, it's better to cook yourself at home)))
Previously, when entering this institution, the staff service was quite satisfied (except for one case when we were not informed of half of the order, which we found only at home). Which you can't say now.
08/07/2024 when making an order, a girl with glasses stood at the checkout (unfortunately, she did not remember the name), the lack of greeting, a dissatisfied expression on her face, the change was poured out on the table, not on the coin box. But the attitude that struck me the most was when I already came to pick up the order, the same girl silently pointed her finger at the package. No thanks, no please, no goodbye. The impression of visiting this place is, of course, spoiled.
I'm not going to lie, there is something that is quite decent with them - this is the toilet on the 2nd floor ...
I came in because I wanted to eat something normal. I chose the Rice Bowl - because by name it was expected that rice was still there)
I waited for an unexpectedly long time, at least 15 minutes.
Finally they brought it... a box. And in it ... AT THE BOTTOM .. pieces of chicken, and under them a half cm layer of rice. Yes, it's delicious. But according to the description, the weight should be 304 g. Damn, if I knew, I would have come with my own scales... Do you hear?? Take the scales with you!
And if you compare it with the photo that you see when ordering, then this is generally a mockery. For 9 rubles 30 kopecks. (!!!)
Anyway, I came in once every couple of years - and I probably won't go anymore. Except to the toilet))

That was the FIRST ONE. SECONDLY, why do I find only dry batter in twister, baskets instead of chicken?! why does the chicken (if it's there, if you're lucky) smell?? if you are not a premium restaurant, then you can stuff people with waste? I wouldn't say that everything is just bad. I haven't been here for a long time, but after three or four months I came in. The quality of the food is normal, the tables are wiped. But! First of all, what's wrong with the portions? The Kfs is clearly not reporting as before. I ask you to make a refund in order to calmly leave and not wait for your order, do not understand how much more, the girl responds to the delivery that the order will be given soon. I walk away from the issue, and the entire restaurant staff starts discussing me for asking for a refund. I decided to wait a little longer. It took another 5 minutes and I was able to pick up my order. But the girl did not stop and continued to look at me with condemnation, showing me to her colleagues "how bad he was that he could not wait for his order for 15 minutes." Disgusting attitude.

The workers stood talking for half an hour, went nowhere, BUT did nothing ... Waiting for a simple order for more than 30 minutes in a fast food restaurant is a lot! As a result, I came up with a request to cancel the order, because they apparently did not start cooking and it is unclear when they will start, but I am late! I was refused to cancel the order, and they said that they had started to collect the order... in the end, after waiting a little longer, I finally received my order… I indicated one thing in the beginning, and another in the end… There is nowhere to sit in the restaurant itself, there are few people, but no one cleans the tables from the trays and drinks. As a result, you have to eat among the sticky table and a pile of crumbs, pieces of paper… Even the floor seemed to have been cleaned last year, covered in food, sauce and sticky drinks ... It's unclear why the employees don't keep an eye on the hall and it's unclear what kind of mess is going on in the kitchen! They don't even give you trays to put on dirty tables, they give you packages regardless of how you ask for an order. I got the most NEGATIVE experience from ordering at this restaurant!

It's a terrible place, I often order something from other places, this happened for the first time. Firstly, they did not put 2 drinks, they had to send my husband to the store, although they waited for the order for an hour and a half and were very hungry, before that there were repeated cases when the staff was rude, discussed other customers in a negative way, the order itself was assembled terribly, and the apricot pie seems to me to have been spoiled, very I was bitter, it's a pity I didn't start shooting or taking photos when the courier handed me the order.

They went bad, there was no meat left in the cheeseburger, and the legs were burned. At the same time, 3 people worked, and the restaurant was completely empty. And somehow everything is cold.
Good fast food, but I rarely eat junk food. It's just that there are noisy people there. It would be good if they didn't try alcohol.

I come regularly, the food is good, it is clear that they do not deviate from the standards. The staff is good, the cashiers serve quite quickly. There are many terminals for self-ordering. It is often very full, because of this, you can sit without an order for up to 10 minutes, but you can understand the workers. The building has a lot of space and 2 floors, in summer you can go through the second floor to something like a balcony with several tables. The hall is clean and well maintained.
KFC! Sit down 2! In the morning, I waited for a cheeseburger for 11 minutes, besides, they also gave me a cold one, apparently there was not enough time to make it warm.
On the plus side, it opens early and is conveniently located. One of the disadvantages is one employee who is torn at everyone and, accordingly, the queue. And my order was cold the last time, Although this has never happened before, there is always hot food
