I was waiting for the order for 10 minutes, there were 2 of us in the queue.

The horror! When visiting this institution, there are always disadvantages. The wait is about an hour, then the order will not be fully collected. Employees communicate on the fyr, vending machines also work every other time. Obviously, this place cannot be said to be for recreation. It lives until such an institution opens. If there is no building, then it is not the employees who are to blame, but YOU for coming to them with the change. I do not recommend visiting! This place doesn't even get 1 star!

I used to order a burger, they forgot to put tomatoes or cheese. And once they didn't put a cutlet at all!!! And the staff, when asked to put the wrong cutlet, tomatoes, etc., rolled their eyes and laughed. Even earlier, we ordered nuggets, everything in them "floated". Is this normal? The potatoes were the last straw, the mood was ruined. In general, I do not advise, the only KFS in Zhodino, we could try. It is better to go to other cities if you really want to eat at the KFS. Even in Borisov, the KFS is better than this hangout. Take a closer look at this place already...

When the KFS opened in Zhodino, it was very pleasant. But today I was very disappointed. I ordered a trio: a chickenburger, potatoes and sauce. I waited for the order for 30 minutes, everything was cold, I asked 2 times to change the potatoes. And a burger instead of a lettuce leaf, very finely chopped and barely noticeable in a couple of places..that you won't even feel.. Very sorry..

Готовят средненько по сравнению с Минском. Не знаю с чем это связано, но вкус иной. Мне кажется из-за этого и клиентов стало порядком меньше в этом заведении, хотя отношение хорошее и ждать долго не приходиться но сам продукт на выходе визуально на 4 а на вкус и вовсе на 3, особенно картошка фри, ощущение что лежит там со вчерашнего дня, подсохшая и не аппетитно выглядит, а так же маловато соли, пресновато. Но я верю, что руководство ресторана справятся с трудностями и будет все хорошо и с посетителями и с продукцией, успехов)

During this time and this money , you get a cold chicken , with blood inside, cold nuggets , cold fries , a burger with a cutlet ( I don 't remember what the burger is called , but it cost 12-13 rubles ), a cutlet with ice inside 👍🏿

It's better to eat shawarma or like pizza smile to take and eat normally

два бургера и большая картошка
наш заказ не высвечивался на экране
мч подошел спросить готовиться ли заказ
на что ответили что потеряли его и сейчас быстро приготовят
мы ждали заказ 25 минут
заказывали два зизбургера с сыром и огурчиками
огурчики положили а сыр нет
хотя мы за него заплатили
очень неприятно что подобные ситуации случайются часто
скоро начнем просить возврат денег и писать жалобы в книгу жалоб

Еда вкусная. время ожидания очень маленькое примерно 2 минуты. Персонал отзывчивый и очень хороший. Напитки хорошие но есть минус, то что если добавить лед будет холодно, а если не добавлять тоже холодно, это минус к сожалению.
Достаточно чисто, но иногда на столах есть остатки соусов. Бургеры достаточно сытные и теплые. Мясо маловато хотелось бы больше за такую сумму.
