Not with my foot anymore... I won't even order the delivery.

they ordered a burger via a tablet, cooked it without greens - they said they couldn't warn you because the order wasn't at the checkout, they can't refund the money, because there is no administrator at the workplace (why would there be a question?)
they waited 20 minutes for the greens to arrive, threw it in the same burger, claiming that they are taking it away for "write-off"
in general, we are very disappointed, we will not return to kfc again.
and by the way, the employees ignored us as much as they could)

A quiet horror in terms of cleanliness. I do not know where the administration of this institution is looking, apparently they do not monitor cleanliness at all. The toilet is disgusting, to go in there you need to enter a code, I already thought since such an entrance system is probably very clean there. I almost fainted when I went in there, the smell of urine, toilet paper was over the edge of the bucket, some part was lying on the floor, because there was nowhere to throw it. The floors are dirty, the brush is sickeningly dirty, the walls are splattered, the dirtiest. We were looking for tables, the tables were not cleaned. We sat down at a more or less clean table and realized that the table stinks, this smell was sour rags, apparently, and rags are not properly washed, not squeezed.

The wings are at a height. Due to the fact that the Nasikha shopping center lacks a normal toilet and it is not clear where it is located, everyone goes here. Because of this, the staff is not always able to keep up. It is clear that the staff is trying very hard, thank them for that!
