Like all Kyzylorda residents, we were glad that such a global franchise was opening in our small city. After all, in order to taste the Basket, we had to go either to Shymkent or, of course, to Almaty. And so there were a lot of expectations, but as they say, "your expectations are your problems." At the very beginning, there were many problems with the influx of guests, then burnt chickens. But not by washing, but by skating, the Kyzylorda KFS has more or less stabilized and you can go and eat chicken. But the main problem still remains, these are non-working order terminals. You'll never guess if they're working this time or if you'll have to go to the cashier and place an order the old-fashioned way. And the second main problem is the complete inaction of the cleaners. Once a drink was bottled in the very center, so it still remained after we left. The tables are not cleaned. It seems that the cleaners do everything on time. They come into the hall every 10-15 minutes and then clean everything up. And I don't think they care that so many people come and go during this time.
And so, despite all this "mess", you can sometimes come and eat. But unfortunately there are better places in the city where they make great wings. So the franchise takes not quality and food, but simply because of its brand.

The service was not very good, I had to wait until they served me at the car order, I did not go inside, so I can't say about the interior situation, the order was issued quickly, wet wipes were not given, the building itself is located on a wide area, next to the shopping center, there is Parking, there are few cars, put your car wherever you want.
