The quality of fried chicken has really gone downhill. It tastes like it was cooked in engine oil or something. Fries are wayy too salty.

I ordered a Combo of 3 (where there are 3 burgers, 3 sauces, 3 small potatoes) and additionally ordered wings, twister, drinks + sauce
I took the order with me, and I was just shocked!
No 1 burger, no sauce, put 1 potato! I'm just shocked!
Thank you for the 3 drinking straws, that's all that was good!!!!
I paid a decent amount, and they just appropriated half of it for themselves!

We came to Grodno with our family on vacation. The children love this restaurant very much and of course we decided to visit it and eat.
When ordering, the cashier stuffed extra extras into the burgers. I paid, and then I saw this mess in the receipt. I immediately asked a question, to which they replied that it could not be canceled. We took large deluxe 4 pcs. They put all the extras in each of them (cucumber, tomato, bacon and cheese), there are no questions. But why ? each of the extras is also triple in size in each loaf.The Coke was given the wrong one, although they asked. the cocktail was generally forgotten. I didn't want to spoil the mood for myself or the children. And other visitors.
I saved a receipt to write about this circus...

They offered M potatoes at the checkout, I agreed, but then I noticed a suspiciously large amount in the receipt for 2 positions (rustic potatoes + sanders box)
I looked at the receipt, it turned out that they just counted two potatoes for me, instead of one M (there were 3 positions in the receipt)
I went to the cashier with a question, it turned out that they did not even have such a position as "rustic M potatoes" on the menu, there is only one size
, I.e. in total, the cashier simply deceived me to sell two potatoes.
They did not want to solve this issue, they said that they did so because other visitors were asking to add more potatoes to the menu.
It's not the first time I've come across something like this, when they don't say something in this particular KFC to increase the check.
I am writing a review because it has already boiled over.
As a result, they did not decide anything, I have more potatoes than chicken and a spoiled mood due to the fact that I was deceived.
