2 burgers, a pie and a cappuccino, I waited 28 minutes (this is not fast food anymore, but some kind of slow food. And the guys seem to be trying, but they seem to be missing. And for dessert, I get into the car, open the lid of my cappuccino 200 ml, and there's only half a glass (100, maximum 120 ml) to go back a little lazy, and there was no time because the order was waiting too long.
As a result, it's not super bad, but I won't come there anymore, the service is much faster for the same boats, do not consider it advertising, everything is not perfect there either, but it's faster for sure

In the last six months, the waiting time for an order has been 20 minutes, often 40 minutes. They are constantly being fed with promises, somewhere the legs are not ready, somewhere the wings. I was ready for any ready-made meat. It's the same thing to wait for in the morning and in the evening. I especially "liked" the attitude, employees, including the administrator, throw a burger almost in my face, despite the fact that they forgot to put this burger down. Not only that, but the burger was purely a bun and a small piece of strips. There are a lot of unhappy people. And yet, they constantly change the menu in the order without asking. How's that??? Instead of sharp legs, put original ones, or strips instead of wings. It's terribly simple!!! I've already talked to you about this for a long time. You apologized, invited me for a free order, and again the same nonsense.

Food is not strips, you still need to be able to spoil a semi-finished product (dry, dark brown, the batter was probably licked off - it wasn't there, there was zero crunch from the word at all)
Service - the order was announced ready, and when it came up, they said you need to wait, not everything is ready, then it's better - they confuse the serving (to take away / on the spot) They didn't give me a coke, and they didn't guess the sauces either. It feels like either several people have collected it, or they will look at the order once, and then guess from memory.

I ordered a combo with Deluxe fillet, the order was made quickly, but I always trust the KFS, so I didn't check, sat down at the table, took out a burger and there was a CHICKENBURGER! I asked for an exchange, they exchanged it quickly, but AGAIN THE WRONG BURGER! For the third time, they gave the right one, but waited 10 minutes for the exchange!!! The horror is utter! And I'm not the only one, as I've noticed most people have the same problem. I do not recommend this particular restaurant. 1 star deserved

The child persuaded me to come in, a disgusting place. The tables are dirty, the food is terrible (a cold burger is like from the refrigerator, it's like in general), the service is also a nightmare, they constantly confuse something in the order or do not report. For that kind of money, it's better to go to a normal cafe than to sit in this hellhole and eat this garbage.

We bought two Deluxe Shefburgers on the third of May. We clarified at the checkout that there would be a whole piece of meat inside and we were confirmed. In fact, we come home and the children have strips in their schefburgers instead of whole meat, it's not convenient for children to eat, everything falls apart. This is not the first time we have discovered the replacement of ingredients without warning the client. We called the KFC shopping center "Tsentralny" Baranovichi and were told that allegedly it was the same meat and they did not have to warn us when replacing it. This is the first time we have come across such a disrespectful attitude towards customers. As a consequence, continuing such a policy towards customers, you will only achieve their loss, since no one wants to constantly check their burgers, worrying about whether they put everything they ordered or changed ingredients without warning. But after contacting the employee with a question, I was immediately helped. This indicates the responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff to visitors. I can't say for the quality of all the products (products), because I ordered only coffee. The coffee was amazingly delicious! The hall is clean, the tables are clean, the dishes in which coffee was served are neat. The visit left a pleasant impression. Finally, fast food outlets appeared in the city, at relatively reasonable prices. And such an institution is no worse than a McDonald's, which uses frozen semi-finished products.
