I paid through a self-service terminal, but after payment the terminal froze and did not give me a check and the money was debited, I called the manager to solve this issue, she with a dissatisfied face neither hello nor goodbye, looked at something in the terminal asked what I ordered to someone sent a check and just left without saying anything,I I went up to the cashier and asked to clarify whether they had decided on my order, the girl went and asked and said that she would wait 10 minutes, I waited and after about 15 minutes the manager gave me the order herself, put it in bags and just shoved them at me the same way with a dissatisfied face, even without apologizing for the delay, but on it didn't end there, I was picking up the bags and there was just no handle on one))) I didn't say anything anymore, I just wanted to leave this place, I will never go here again, the situation was on 12/10/2024. between 18:30 and 19:30

I've been there more than once. Everything is super, and the service, and the assortment. But this is an assortment of suspicious origin. There are no questions about chickens, but cutlets wrapped in a bun and stuffed with it is not known what. Fried dumplings, dolma, manti with pumpkin, samsa, only real. And not the one that is sold on every corner. why do we need food that is not clear, alien. But fresh fried very tasty roach, crucian carp, carp and other species. But I will also say that the prices are of course stupefying.
