We often stop by with our small family (5 people) have a quick snack and, of course, take some spicy wings home with you. Therefore, we always take the order "with us". If hungry, we eat some of the food on the spot, and take the rest home. The receipt is always from 100 rubles. I am used to the fact that in all KFC there may be "forgotten" positions when issuing (a large number of people, I understand). But in this place .... 13.12.24 there are three orders, one with you (large) and two on the spot. The waiting time for a large order was 40 minutes (there were 10 people in the cafe, that is, they were not loaded). There was no second coffee when the order was placed "with you". And they proved to me that I had one coffee in my order (no, two. Everything is indicated in the receipt). + 5-7 minutes to wait.... Well, the cherry on the cake....... There was practically no meat in 3 of the 4 chickenburgers, that is, the bun and the remains of the breading, unfortunately, were already tired and did not think to take a picture of this mess. The wife took all 4 burgers to the checkout and asked the staff: is there more meat because the order is "with you"? It's like counting on the fact that no one will come back with a claim. The answer was straightforward: "Well, yes, it is." That is, on an average check of 100 + rubles, the staff is specifically trying to "save" +-100 grams of chicken fillet. It's a shame!!!

I have never seen anything more terrible than this KFS , 8.05 a.m. - I ordered a large coffee with me, they gave me a lid for cold drinks, they didn't even warn me that there were no lids, they silently handed it over, asked me to pour it. The cafe smelled of chemicals, the smell of azelite or something else, it is clear that they were doing a general cleaning, they also washed the facade, the cleaners left things right in the cafe, shoes, bags, etc., of course, a nightmare.... There 's also a cart with dirty water in the middle . Orders are given for a very long time, 2 coffees and 2 twisters for 18 minutes ... 10.05 I decided to go back for coffee, because there is no choice there anymore, I had to come here. 2 young men could barely walk , I'm already silent about the music in the style of "murki ", which was yelling from the phone to the whole cafe . The story with the lids was repeated , I waited 17 minutes for the order again , and they gave it back because I asked for at least 5 coffee, a young girl came out , the director on the badge, I told her my opinion about the work, she looked at me as if I had just come to her house and woke her up... It 's just a nightmare . Fast food cafes, orders are given for 20 minutes. Employees have no idea at all about the meaning of the word standards of service and work. She made me 2 0.2 cups of coffee , I didn't even drink it, because a young man was standing with her at the checkout and the two of them could have spat , it was written on their foreheads why there were no lids for large glasses- the holidays and weekends were over , why couldn 't they prepare and place an order earlier The traffic is high , and they also work 24/7. I love RB very much, but this cafe in Molodechno spoils the mood, sleepy employees who work in a mess are generally nonsense. Alas, head, train your employees, and bring to them that there are standards, people bring you their money, not to look at their unhappy faces, wait for 20 -30 min I'm on my way , you don 't have a restaurant, but a fast food cafe, do you understand the difference?! And ask them to wear clean uniforms at work , not dirty ones . Disgusting facilities and staff .

Self-service ticket offices are not always open, and it takes a very long time to wait for an order, even if there are few people in the restaurant. I wish the staff would work a little faster. Personally, I don't like fast food, as I prefer healthy and nutritionally dense food. These are mainly protein foods such as meat, cottage cheese, eggs (I buy them at the market). But... Sometimes you want a chicken with a crispy crust and a rich taste. And just a little bit 🤣 I liked this place. Cozy, fast and very tasty.

We were at KFC on Sputnik an hour ago. We went there on purpose, since there are eternal problems on the module, then something is missing, then sauces will not be reported, then something else. But the Satellite surprised me even more. We ordered takeaway food (order number 484), there were a lot of people, we waited and unfortunately we didn't check on the spot. It turned out that the potatoes were not put in a rustic way, there was a cucumber added to all the cheeseburgers and paid extra! They didn't put it either, but they put onions that no child would eat... In total, we gave 6.70 to the KFS. From now on, we will demand to disassemble our order and assemble it in front of us, and let a huge queue wait. There is no trust in employees!

An order was issued and it was discovered that instead of a strip, there were 2 bytes inside the cheeseburger. I decided to contact the cashier, and in response I received a rude response from the cashier that the menu had changed. The administration (management) of this institution does not control the work of the staff at all. The toilet is so dirty that it is disgusting to enter (stink, dirt) Terrible unsanitary conditions! What kind of food can you even talk about in this place?! The tables are dirty, there are no antiseptics. The trash cans are full, and this is during the day, on a weekday! (it is impossible to throw out leftover food and packaging)

I recently ordered a de luxe spicy twister. It's the best I've ever eaten. All this time I took it in Minsk restaurants. It didn't go at all. Their meat is dry, there are practically no sauces. One pita bread roughly speaking. But in Molodechno, it feels completely different. I waited less than a minute for the order. Nice staff. It will always help and tell you who to choose. I am ashamed of the Minsk KFS now. You are the best companion!!! 👍
