This is a place where you can spend a weekend or an evening with friends. The food in this restaurant is simply gorgeous, the interior is excellent, the staff is very nice, everyone is understanding and can prompt and help at any time.In general, this is one of the best places to relax!!!

we are all used to seeing KFS as cozy, with friendly staff and delicious food, but these words are definitely not about this institution.
maintenance is just something with something, even if you write an essay on this topic. The chefs and all the other staff don't give a damn about the visitors or their work. There are about 10 people working in the kitchen, but for some reason, an order of 2 cheeseburgers and one small potato should be prepared, as the employee at the checkout warns, in 20-30 minutes. I'm even just wondering what they're doing there that they can't do in at least 15 minutes. by the way, both chefs and order pickers, and sometimes even the director of the establishment, serve you at the checkout.
when will the staff start monitoring what is happening on the second floor of the establishment? you come and, as if you were family, you meet huge companies of restless teenagers who do not make orders, just sit, talk and play, thereby occupying half of the available seats, and 10 people gather in the toilets in one booth and smoke. and instead of making remarks to such "visitors", the employee climbs under her feet to clean the floor under the table where people are eating and snorts.
Toilets are a separate story in this CFS. The men's bathroom is very often closed. To the visitors' question, "how do I get into the men's room?" the same employee, looking as displeased as possible, replies, "I should have gone up to the administration and asked for the keys to the toilet, was it that difficult?" I will leave this case without comment, I think, and so it is possible to draw a conclusion about the staff. The taps NEVER work in the toilets, and it's impossible to wash your hands.
In principle, there are no questions about food. the only thing is that I have never taken food hot or at least warm in this establishment, and everything is the same as in other KFS.
I highly do not recommend this particular restaurant, it is better not to be lazy anymore, drive a few stops to the KFS on Sovetskaya and have a nice meal there.

I visit this establishment consistently 3-4 times a month, the meat is always very fresh and delicious, the service is extremely fast and the staff is friendly and will never leave a customer in trouble. I definitely recommend this place because the rest of the famous fast food from the big three did not stand next to kfc. Iron 5 ⭐️!

The restaurant is located at Gomel Khataevich 5. We went to the restaurant at 22.50. We wanted to order ice cream to take away. First we went to the self-service counter, but there was no ice cream on the menu, so we queued at the checkout, where there were only one guests. The cashier girl took their order for a very long time, due to the lack of some positions. She often walked away from the cash register in search of a certain Dima. When their order was placed, she went back to look for someone from the staff, even though we were standing right in front of the cash register. A man in a black T-shirt came up to the girl's place and announced, "Unfortunately, we're done." At 23.02 we left the establishment, although we were the last guests there. It is very disappointing that the staff saw that we wanted to place an order and ignored it. It turns out that we just stood at the checkout for 10 minutes in vain. I wasn't in the mood to scold or roll up my sleeves, but I still had unpleasant impressions.

2. In the same shift, employees who collect and issue orders work without gloves. First, he takes the order and takes the money in his hands, then sticks his fingers in a bucket with wings and French fries.
3. While my order was being prepared, I repeat, it took 52 minutes. one of the chefs, instead of cooking the burgers I ordered, was cooking his own food, I learned this from a conversation between the picker and the cook. The conversation was like this: "I need three chickenburgers, are you making them now? No, I'm doing it for myself. Come on, I need them now."
Past comments about cleaning the toilet, which is carried out there once a day, that it is impossible to enter there, and full dumpsters, in which everything is already over the edge on the floor and garbage is strewn all over the hall, have also not been corrected. Also, no one gives a damn about the remark about the trays, which are allegedly "not enough and they ran out" at the time of ordering, but at the same time there are mountains of them in the hall, both on containers and on tables. The tables are not being wiped, packages and leftovers are scattered all around the hall.
I do not recommend visiting this institution, avoid it. They recruit youngsters to work as cooks who absolutely lack even the slightest responsibility for their official duties, and the director doesn't give a damn about anything.

Delightful evenings when we decide to treat ourselves to delicious food can sometimes turn into unsatisfied disappointment. So, a recent visit to the KFC restaurant in Gomel left me with contradictory impressions.
The charm of the place, which once attracted me with the aromas of chicken, crispy crust and seemingly simple but elegant dishes, this time, alas, was destroyed by an unforgettable, but completely unappetizing smell, which reminded me of something more than rude. This unfortunate "fragrance" wafting from the inappropriate corners of the restaurant took my mind into the vastness of hardships and difficulties, as if I found myself against the background of a wandering life.
The food delivered to us, no matter how it sounds, also left much to be desired. It was as if she had been created not by a chef, but by an ominous accident. The chicken turned out to be not only unappetizingly cold, as if freshly frozen, but also, frankly, tasteless. The sauces inexorably stumbled upon poisonous-sour shades, as if someone had taken the liberty to experiment with a combination that even the most daring gourmets would shy away from.
The service on this gastronomic front was also not pleasant. The surrounding atmosphere was undoubtedly exactly the same as one would expect in a network format, but we did not see any desire for attentive service at all, which made our stay not as pleasant as we had hoped.
In conclusion, my visit to KFC in Gomel was an ill-advised adventure that I regret my attachment to some brands. Perhaps there is hope that the institution will return to the right path, but at the moment, alas, it was more a disappointment than a gastronomic pleasure.
