The life hack with the order from the application worked, but one position of the nuggets was not reported (( there is no feedback form in the application.

Terrible service, two coffees were waiting for 15min. considering that my order was the second in a row. When I asked why my order was no longer visible on the order board, I was answered "it's not strange that it will be done soon" after the alarm went off, which screamed for about three minutes, which was very annoying. When I came once again for my coffee to cancel the order, my coffee was at the order counter, when asked why they did not announce the readiness of my order, they said that something was broken, although I clearly heard how while waiting for my order they announced the readiness of another visitor's order. I definitely won't recommend this place!

Раньше были топ купоны а щас какие-то анекдоты по типу 3 палочки в панировке с курочкой за 8 рублей это реально больше на анекдот похоже а не на ценник за еду кроме крыльев ваще хз кто там чё покупает за такие деньги проще в столовку сгонять и наесться от души в 2 раза дешевле возможно я зажрался ведь я уже и забыл что напитки бывают не бесконечные как бк ведь там за 15 рублей по купонам можно наесться на год вперед и пей хоть всю семью напои на 10 лет вперёд короче это не реклама а ну и ещё помню пришел сюда на др отпраздновать да-да и мы час заказ ждали без прикола обслужили типов 20 за это время короче ребята если деньги дороги купите в магазине еды и не дурите головы

Была в ресторане сегодня, заказывали крылья с собой, они божественные, таких вкусных я нигде не ела! Обслуживание было на высоком уровне, чисто в ресторане! Молодцы, так держать)

Уровень сервиса очень низкий:
1. Столики грязные и вовремя не убираются.
2. На полу мусор.
3. В туалете грязь, нет бумажных полотенец- с детьми помыть руки некомфортно.
Ожидание заказа отдельная история, даже при небольшой посещаемости вы прождёте долго.
Вам могут перепутать заказ и вместо кофе вы получите стакан кипятка ( оправдаются тем, что заказ собирал стажёр).
К качеству еды претензий нет.

Картошка не очень вкусная. Лимонады (дыня.арбуз) вкусные. Милкшейк (ванильный) с нагетсами просто бомба. всем рекомендую. Захожу чаще всего исключительно за милкшейком.

Заказы отдают не долго, персонал вежливый был с семьёй всё понравилось, кроме дверей которые выходят на веранду, я их с трудом открыл, хорошо сын держал поднос с заказом просто очень тугие и сложные.

К сожалению не понравилось, чистота не особо соблюдается, не знаю вина то посетителей или персонала, но важнее, еда не вкусная, как будто полежавшая и просто разогретая, не до горячего кстати. Бывая в Минске в таких же kfc ,так там ешь и никак не можешь наесться, а здесь и доедать не особо хочется, просто еда.
