The staff is incompetent and inconsiderate. Yesterday, 02.04.25, at about 20:00, I ordered a double portion of a basket, 12 wings and 12 strips, but they gave me only one basket. I was outraged why there was only half of it, and only then did the issuing officer take a closer look at the receipt. He turned to the others to bring more, after which I once again clarified whether everything was in place, the employee, as it seemed to me, irritably said that everything was in place. I was in a good mood, and then they took it and ruined it. Besides, when I addressed them, they didn't even listen to me, but talked to each other and joked. They didn't even apologize. I was with a child, so I didn't want to figure it out. Why such a disdainful attitude towards customers. If the management is following the reviews, please pay attention to the behavior of their employees, they should focus on customers in the workplace. If you want to get together and sit with your loved ones, I don't recommend it.

Today I went with my son to get a chicken. I was blown away when I saw 5 drunks there and they went and begged all the customers for a snack. It seems they were sitting under the table and drinking. The smell was disgusting. I don't recommend it.
