There is confusion and vacillation in Colonel Sanders' army.
Friday evening is rush hour for establishments, but not for KFC in the West shopping center. I decided to pay for the order at the checkout, the cashier saw that I was coming with a check, but at the same time he calmly went about his business for probably 7 minutes.
The order was going to take a long time, although I did not order anything so unusual. During assembly, it turned out that there were no sharp wings, and I had to involuntarily agree to another product that I did not need. Promotional product 1+1=3 was calculated as 1+1+1 =3!
It's bad, very bad, at such moments it feels good that the client is not important at all.

February 13th. Anastasia's manager's terrible attitude towards the staff: constant shouting. What right does a manager have to yell at the staff? Screams can be heard all over the hall. Take action! If I hear it again, I will not only write a review, but also contact special authorities!
