The food is very cool, 10/10. If you want to try a good burger with crispy chicken, you will definitely like it here. The waiting time depends on the time of day and how many orders were placed before you, but mostly orders are processed quickly. The staff are smart guys. As for the atmosphere, there are places both inside and outside. The location is almost near the Beruniy metro station, if I'm not mistaken 😅

But there are big disadvantages that demotivate coming here - the queues are too long! I saw a couple of people, seeing the queue, run away from there. 2, the service is so-so. Yes, there is nothing to do there, but even there they managed to do everything through the fifth point. At the end of the order, I do not offer sauce, drinks or dessert in addition, but simply place an order. 3, announcing over the loudspeaker, it's so unnerving!!! Is it possible to just point at the monitor and give some kind of signal that is not vile and does not cut the ear into the blood?! There are always a lot of people and there is always not enough space - it's time to expand.
Another point is infuriating - there are no tabloids or menus at the bottom to approach and how to choose a person.
We need to increase the number of ticket offices, increase the number of tabloids where you can place an order and not only with a card! I came, looked at the scoreboard, chose, and received a check. And then, if you want, you paid with a card, if you want, you went to the cashier to register with money. And for those who are not good at digital, for example, the elderly, there are just inscriptions on the wall, that's all! And we need to expand the place. Otherwise, the crowd there is scary!
I do not know what the local manager is doing there, or even the local management of the Tashkent KFS! Complete incompetence in management! With my engineering education, I would have twice as many branches and attendance!
