Today, on 12/28/24, my husband and I visited KFC on Sovetskaya St. in Gomel. I didn't like everything:
1. At first, there was no one to accept the order via cash payment - several times we approached ourselves to accept the order.
2. Almost all the empty tables were dirty. We came up with a request to wipe the table, to which the answer was: We'll be there soon (time 15:26). We have already eaten, but no one came to wipe the table (time 16:01).
3. The scoreboard displaying the order readiness stage (above the cash registers) is not working, and there is no sign at all in the back of the hall. And there is no one who notifies about the readiness of the order. Everyone is crowding at the ticket office.
4. The toilets are dirty.
5. The room is cool. Sitting in a warm tracksuit, I froze.
6. And the most important thing: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTING. French fries are cold, soda is in a smaller volume than ordered.
Disgusting.

On 11/14/24 , we went to have lunch at the KFS at this address .I haven't seen this in a long time.
I don't like to write reviews, but I really need to write here.
1. There is no paper in any toilet cubicle.The floor sinks are terribly dirty.
2. The French fries were cold.I ordered the potatoes a second time and they were just as cold.Right at the pick-up point , I tried it and told the girl to change the potatoes for me , because the previous one was cold .But she said that the potatoes just cooled down (in 10 seconds).I insisted that they change it right away , but I had to wait because there were no hot potatoes, they were just cooking .
Please!If there is no hot one, then you should not serve cold potatoes to people !You know what cold fries are.What kind of attitude is such a pig .
3. After that, I barely shoved the garbage into the trash can, because it was clogged to such an extent that garbage fell out from there.
Next to the KFS , we went on business , and after that we wanted ice cream .We didn't go back there, we went to the McDuck.
It was squeamish to be there .I won't come back from now on .

I visited this place today, the hall is clean, the toilets are too, the food is warm and fresh. The staff is polite, and when ordering at the checkout, the cashier helped with the selection. As well as the order delivery speed is quite fast.

We sat down at the table, while we were eating, the girl from the kitchen climbed under our table to take out the garbage.In such situations, I think it would be worth asking the guests "is it possible to sweep?". Maybe I'm wrong, but if the kitchen is open, you need to be 100% confident in your employees. When issuing orders, the girl worked without gloves.Quite calmly packing open products (potatoes) in a bag to order with your hands. It seemed to me a little out of line with san.standards.
Again, this is my opinion, maybe I was unlucky 😅

We went with my family on the weekend, there is nowhere to sit, all the chairs and tables are dirty. The order was made, the waiting time is 40 minutes. Fast food is fast food, 5-10 minutes. there should be a waiting time, not 40. That's not all, the child wanted to go to the toilet. We went in and got a shock, from the smell and dirt. Well, when we waited for the order, I decided to look in and there was not enough burger alone, and the portions of potatoes are just tiny, I have never seen them anywhere. The establishment has deteriorated very much.

It's a great place, but it's being used to its full potential. Unfortunately, the sellers are tired — there is a noticeable shortage of staff. Therefore, we have to wait a long time for the order. The dining room is warm, the music is pleasant, clean. There are enough places. Of the cons: there is always no soap in the toilets on the second floor, or even no water at all. Apparently, there is no one to follow either. It's a pity for the cornered workers — they are people first of all.

It seems to be the most unfortunate experience of visiting this restaurant. Order number one - wait 25 minutes, order number two and three - wait 40 minutes. Fast food restaurant - never heard of it))) The center of Gomel, the main avenue.
There is one person in the kitchen, and the girl at the checkout is not from this restaurant at all. It's shameful to work like this! We cancelled the orders and left - offended!

We came to have lunch, it's minus 5 degrees outside. The heating doesn't work indoors, the food is cold, and you're wearing jackets.
We didn't get any pleasure from visiting and eating.
Also, the room is not small, a tableau with order numbers at the very end of the hall, there is no notification of readiness, you have to run every 5 minutes to ask if the order is ready!

They barely put potatoes on, they didn't even report to the top. Employees work without gloves, wiping their hands all in a row and then touching and tighter potatoes and rolls all, all, all. I ordered a rice bowl for myself. I open the package - a lot of meat (at least thanks for that) and one spoonful of rice at the bottom. I even measured it with a spoon, not even a tablespoon, but a teaspoon of rice, stuffed all over the bottom. Vegetables in rice - 2 pieces of carrots, 3 corn and 1 pea. Cool) Only the burgers are delicious. The Coke was not topped up, there was a little more than half a glass.
But it used to be great on the Soviet side.
Delivery from Khataevich is generally a fire, there is always a lot, tasty, fast and there is enough of everything.

Where to go? There are no cash register signs, there is only one order informer, although the room is huge. Why can't we put informers at the end/in the middle of the room so that people can sit quietly and wait for an order? This includes marking where the ticket office is located, because first-time visitors do not understand where to go, it is clearly visible on them.
2 of the 3 terminals are not working.
For this price, the food is OK, warm, but the tables are dirty, the toilet is not cleaned, in general, the room definitely needs to be worked on.
