The location of the point is convenient, but there are always some problems at the point. Once I ordered through the device, they prepared everything quickly enough, they gave it away, I did not look and did not make sure that everything was there (I did not even think that this could happen) they did not report part of the order to me!
I tried to contact their support service, but there was no reaction.
Through the delivery of Volts, too, something is always either confused (the wrong positions are sent) or something is not reported.

Clean, the toilets are clean, which is not unimportant, prompt service, delicious. Probably these are the main qualities of any catering service. If it does not correspond to at least one point, it is already bad. And in this institution everything is consistent and even very 👍

The service is below the baseboard. They don't want to take cash, even the menu on paper was removed, they have to beg for orders only through a kiosk that one did not work, the second one was pressed and slowed down every other time. In the menu on the screen there is an et keremet and in fact it is not. Before ordering, they ask for spicy or not, but after ordering spicy, I got bland. Then why ask. I asked the cashier to use the password to get to the toilet, entered it, went in and washed my hands. I ate the password and forgot to wash my hands, I have to go to the cashier and ask for the toilet password again. Of all the kfc outlets, this one is the worst.

They cook well. Delicious and fast. Sometimes there are no sharp wings. And the rest is normal. The terminals are working.

Вкусная еда, десерты и напитки. Имеется туалет, раковина, мыло, сушилка для рук и туалет для людей с инвалидностью. Приятная атмосфера, хороший персонал)

Туалет всегда плохо работает, мыла тоже часто нет в мыльницах, поэтому с гигиеной незнаю как там, как-то странно наверное в наше время такие проблемы.

Менеджера на автокассе ужас! Не понятно на каком языке разговаривают. Кажись испанский. Ни русский ни казахский! Кроме этого , при оплате qr умудряются самостоятельно отнимать кнопку оплаты. Это уже совсем офигели.

На вынос готовят хуже, чем в зале. Персонал по уборке сидит прямо за столиками, чего стесняться, Руководство наверное должно предоставить комнату для техперсонала.
