At the same time, over the past year, I do not remember that I did not have to wait for an order from 10 to 20 minutes, and every month the waiting time begins to reach the point of absurdity.
In general, if you are not in the car, it is better to visit another institution, if you try to go inside at your own risk.

The worst kfc restaurant I've ever been to. There is no service! Self-service terminals do not work, only one cash register works, while orders from kfc cars are punched at the same cash desk, which significantly increases the waiting time in the queue, there is no exchange at the cash desk.
With a small loading of the hall, I had to wait for an order for half an hour, and this is also called a fast food restaurant.
The woman who is engaged in the assembly of the order works without gloves, it is not hygienic!
The toilets are dirty, no one wipes the tables, it feels like no one is watching for cleanliness.
I highly recommend visiting this institution!

Terrible service, ordered 2 burgers, potatoes and Cola, waited for the order for 30 minutes, orders are not closed in turn, they ordered spicy, in fact they put non-spicy ones.
I may be wrong, but I don't see any other logical explanation. The company gives a certain amount of time to issue orders, because of this, employees mark the order as issued long before it is actually issued. As a result, screens with order numbers are useless and you need to constantly be at the checkout so as not to miss your order when an employee shouts it. Employees forget to issue orders or issue them incorrectly. Either control these moments more tightly, or remove the time frame. Because convenience and quality of service are disappearing.
Sooooooo slow maintenance, guys are in no hurry.

Of the last 3 visits to the drive, there was never such a thing that the order was collected by receipt. They forget to put something in every time. And it's not the first time they report. Then the basket of fries will be forgotten (not the smallest item in the order), then 2 out of 4 burgers are there, and the rest are not. It's a hat like that every time
It's terrible, we stopped by several times, and despite the fact that there are 2-3 cars in the queue, the waiting time is 20-30 minutes. As a result, the positions in the order are not reported, the French fries are cold in general, already hard, the twister is generally stale, old. In general, wasted money and time. I do not recommend it. It just can't get any worse.
