On 14.12, 6 wings were placed in the order instead of 7. Since the order was for takeout, it was noticed only at home.
Before that, they "forgot" to put 3 pieces in a basket of 24 wings.
Today, on 14.01, two sauces were not put in (they did not forget to punch, there is a receipt).
And the most amazing thing is that they don't "make mistakes" with the orders on the hall. Now, before packing the order, I ask you to check it yourself, but this is not always possible.
We live nearby and visit regularly. There is no change all the time, when asked about the exchange fund, they just blink their eyes in response. There was another case when there was a guy at the checkout who didn't know Russian well. He said that there was no change and pretended that he did not understand what was being said to him.
Management does not monitor the quality of service and compliance with standards. I won't even write about dirt and full bins.

On 01/06/2025 we visited this restaurant in the evening. It was amazing that the trash containers were piled high. And visitors even left their trash just on the tables closer to the containers. All the tables are covered in crumbs. No one wipes them, it's good that they had wet wipes with them. I give one star for a delicious burger, the second for a more or less clean toilet. But these mountains of garbage ruined the impression of the restaurant. And it's not just this establishment that has problems with cleaning and cleanliness. With this attitude, you can lose all the visitors.

The toilets are so dirty. Inside, the floors, tables, chairs and sofas are dirty, as if they had never been washed at all. We ordered two singer deluxe burgers and found a small piece of chicken inside, 4 times smaller than a bun in size, all dry. French fries basket feels like it's been waiting for us for a week, the potatoes are dried and cold, solid salt. Two milkshakes were also ordered and they are filled from the outside, it looks so-so. And we put 2 whole napkins on top of it. It's disgusting, it doesn't even deserve one star.

The most disgusting KFC I've ever seen in Minsk. We came with a group of friends, all the potatoes are bitter, not fresh, and the burgers are salty and dry. We decided to make another order, as we were not satisfied with the previous one, and instead of the ordered cheeseburger, we were served a chickenburger. I also want to mention the "friendly staff" who says "Yes" instead of "Good evening" or the banal "Hello". The service and food are at the lowest level!
