A kind of paradise in a corner of Minsk. We often visit with the whole family and with friends, we are always pleased with the speed of service, cleanliness in the hall, and that some visitors may even be allowed to participate in the process of cooking burgers, they give you a chance to cook, often they can give you a free burger as a gift, and it also happened that employees can keep you company and eat together. It happened that I was walking at night near your KFS and had a wild feeling of hunger, then I saw your employees, they took out food and I paid on the street and ate with them, then they offered me to change into their uniform and replace one guy, I did not refuse. There are even situations when there is no money with you, the employees of your institution are ready to pay for the order themselves, and either ask to bring money when I remember, or ask to put it on the card. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

We stopped by for a snack on our way home. I've been here more than once, but this was my last time. We ordered 3 hamburgers of some kind, I don't remember the name, in general, the meat inside was burnt, it tasted disgusting, the potatoes were half raw inside, even the sauces seemed sour to me (maybe it was the aftertaste from the burger), in general, of our entire order, only Coca-Cola was normal. It also took a very, very long time to collect the order, although we were practically alone, there were 2-3 orders at most. I'm disappointed in this place, even though I've always liked it.

The staff are not friendly, they communicate as if they are tired of their work, and at night the waiting time of all 5 visits 3 times was 40 minutes at different times.(23:20/02:15/05:30) the rest of the times are 15 minutes faster. Drinks often "fly out" gas or syrups, which makes the taste of water with sugar or mineral water colored, depending on what flies out. Sometimes the ingredients of burgers are confused, but we have already come to terms with this.
