Today, 22.02.2025, we were walking in the capital and went to the KFS to eat. The service wants to be better with the promised 15 minutes, we waited for the order for 45 minutes. All this time we sat at a table and watched the staff. There was one person at the checkout and three girls in the kitchen. No more staff was visible. No one even wiped the tables. The tables were wiped by the customers themselves. And there was a lot of garbage in the bins. people who didn't clean it up had already left it on trays near the trash, there were also a lot of trays there wasn't even where to put them. Orders were confused or given out the wrong way, and the cheese burgers were not reported to us. I am very disappointed with this establishment in this place.

I've ordered online here twice. There are no questions about the time of completion, everything is clear. But the positions are not reported in the first or second order (in my case, the burger was not reported the first time, and the twister was not reported the second time). I made my last order yesterday and for the sake of a twister for 4 rubles. I didn't come back, but last time I had to come back, because 11 rubles for a burger is somehow a lot.
This is already some kind of system, I won't do online orders here anymore, I'll try somewhere else.
And yesterday it smelled strange inside the establishment, but maybe something in the kitchen is faulty. The main thing is that the products are normal!

The service in this establishment has ruined the impression of the entire restaurant chain.
As a former KFC employee, I can forgive some of the shortcomings, but not what I saw there. The French fries had been lying for so long that they became hard, cold and tasteless, the chicken left much to be desired, and the cheese was not melted in the cheese toast. It is also worth noting that the chickenburger was assembled carelessly, given that it was far from rush hour (half an hour before closing time).

It's just some kind of sur. I work in catering myself and I understand how difficult it is, but I have never met such indifference in my work. I came here today and everything was just terrible from the very beginning: there was no tape for the receipt at the kiosk (well, it happens all right), ready orders were not displayed on the scoreboard (well, equipment, okay), but when I came to the checkout to ask about the order and they answered me: "figure it out for yourself", this It's not okay anymore. Well, I figured out the checks MYSELF and took the order, but they didn't put the burgers in it, saying so at the checkout, they just silently stuck them in and left. Then I noticed that the drink tube was also forgotten. But the trash doesn't end there. After trying the long-awaited chicken, I realized that it was just disgusting. The chicken was terribly bitter and greasy. Besides, it's not sharp at all. It was just a shock to me that KFC and chicken were the most inedible of all. If it were possible to put a negative star in this place, I would do it. But the street cats are happy with the order and thanks for that.

I ordered one of the worst milkshakes I've ever tasted at kfc at this particular place. The consistency is similar to slightly sweet and strongly chilled milk, about 50 ml was not poured into a 0.4 glass, seriously? I had 10 orders for the whole time (and because you work in a shopping center, there are few better ones) to which there were no complaints, but otherwise: 1. Under-laying of goods, they constantly forget positions of any format.
2. Smoke breaks, inappropriate hubbub during the steam, which gives the impression that you paid for the performance of clowns and not a portion of today's lunch for yourself.
You just stand there and watch as your order is collected by hammering a nail through indifference.
3. Extreme nonsense: falling potatoes, which subsequently goes to order
4. The toilet is always not cleaned, and it just stinks
5. The trash cans are clogged
Soon the place will turn into a garbage can. It feels like that.
I've been silent all this time, but it's no longer possible.
Please either sort out your staff or hire a new one. This is not a place where you can be so negligent

It's a terrible place, I waited 30 minutes for an order, although I ordered a regular cheeseburger, potatoes and sauce!!! I don't understand what the problem is with collecting such a small order. The receipt got stuck in the scoreboard, I tried to get it for a whole minute. There are two people working in the kitchen. One girl wraps burgers, and the other guy ENDLESSLY packs and weighs potatoes. Of course, they are not going to help each other. But who pissed off more than others is the girl who collects orders. She walks around with a dissatisfied face and counts crows, there are 21 ORDERS on the scoreboard, and she does anything but packaging. I was completely disappointed, I came here during a short break, and I didn't want to leave without food. If I had known that it would be like this, I would have passed by! We visited the KFS in the capital on 12.01.2025 at 21:20, and had negative impressions. This is the first time I've seen this, considering how many times I've visited other points of the CFS. We ordered a star basket, a pie, cheese toast, medium fries, and a chickenburger.
The whole chicken seemed to have been lying in the morning (the wing was so dry that the bone was visible, the strips were almost black), the fries were so hard that you had to try to crack them, the chickenburger was a little dry, but compared to the rest it was just a miracle. There were no questions in the order, only for the pie, cola and the postcard included in the star basket package. And the most important disappointment is the toast with cheese, I love it so much, but the cheese didn't melt at all. I think it happens, but what was my disappointment when I ordered the second one. I was as upset as possible that the situation had repeated itself, I went up to the girl at the checkout and asked her to fix it, the girl turned out to be nice and calmly fixed everything.
Also, another employee was sitting in the hall in a work uniform and giggling sweetly, apparently with his girlfriend, but this is absurd, of course, especially considering that the woman at the checkout was waiting for the cashier. I understand everything, it's the end of the shift, but the quality of the food and the attitude of some employees is simply amazing.
Besides us, there was another company in the establishment, which, apparently, was also dissatisfied with the quality of service.
The most negative impressions remained, even rats should not be fed with such food.
We bet 1/5, and that's only because of the cute girl.
By the way, the receipt was printed crookedly, so I can't make out where it says AT. Therefore, unfortunately, I will leave a negative comment only here, although I would like to express my emotions on the KFS website.
And, also, the receipt was left only from the second order, so I threw out the first one, I didn't think there would be such an attitude towards the guests.

We went to the cashier , the staff immediately took it for inspection . And he poured from each glass (6) and went away to taste . As it turned out , 2 out of 6 are sour . No one refilled the glasses where they poured .

I was lucky to be here on a weekday. I'll start from the beginning, I came here and ordered an order through the self-service checkout and began to wait. The first thing that confused me was that there were only two people in the whole kitchen. They took orders and did something there, so the fact that the unfortunate order in the form of a drink, French fries and a chickenburger had to wait 20 minutes was not surprising. It was surprising that the people who came for me and ordered orders from others received it earlier. About 10 minutes later, a guy came and took the same as me and he got the order faster, um, how??? After that, I stood and waited for another five minutes.
Moving on, I received an order and thought to sit down, 1/3 is occupied, the other 1/3 is not cleaned and s*c* on leftovers of food, garbage, etc., and the last 1/3 is booked, there were gray armor tokens, but no one sat on them, no one cleaned them, but it was apparently impossible to sit at them, in as a result, I had to leave.
And my favorite thing is the order itself. I took the standard potatoes, they gave me a small one, but so little that I thought she poured into the bag, but no, she did not get enough sleep. There really wasn't enough of it, I always took the standard one, and then some kind of mini-standard came out. A chickenburger is generally just a fairy tale, for the whole chickenburger there is one maaaaaaaaa little nuggets, the size, as if they gave you a quail egg instead of a chicken egg. There are no questions about the drink with syrup, it was delicious and normal.
Summing up, I concluded, unfortunately, that there is no longer a foot here and I would not advise any of my friends for anything, it is more expensive for money, and portions like a cat cried, and even a joint on the jamb in the form of an untidy hall when there are few visitors.
