I came in to eat now. I've been there many times. An empty hall. A couple of employees are sleeping on the tables for visitors. There are two employees at the counter. I go to the terminal and try to order. I click on the screen - zero reaction. It is not pressed. I go up to the counter and say to one of the employees: hello, can I order here? The terminal is not pressed. Zero reaction. Both employees at the counter just silently looked at me with disdain. I'm already talking much louder: does anyone hear me here at all!? Zero reaction. Silence and a contemptuous look. Well, then I just loudly send this institution and all its employees to three letters and leave. I have never seen such audacious and completely incomprehensible rudeness from scratch, and I have been to many places. I will never set foot in this place again.

I just went to eat with my family. The tables are all dirty, the sofas are stripped, everything is covered in dust on other tables, past food is not cleaned by anyone.There are no people at all.We ordered and waited for 20 minutes, the food came all cold and not fresh.
