The service is soooo slow. The girls at the checkout work like they're doing you a favor. You have to wait 15-20 minutes for a ready order. The products are fine, I only take wings and fries.

I came in to eat now. I've been there many times. An empty hall. A couple of employees are sleeping on the tables for visitors. There are two employees at the counter. I go to the terminal and try to order. I click on the screen - zero reaction. It is not pressed. I go up to the counter and say to one of the employees: hello, can I order here? The terminal is not pressed. Zero reaction. Both employees at the counter just silently looked at me with disdain. I'm already talking much louder: does anyone hear me here at all!? Zero reaction. Silence and a contemptuous look. Well, then I just loudly send this institution and all its employees to three letters and leave. I have never seen such audacious and completely incomprehensible rudeness from scratch, and I have been to many places. I will never set foot in this place again.
