I've been to the city a couple of times while passing through, and as a KFC lover, I couldn't miss the opportunity to try locally made wings and assess the level of the establishment. During several visits, I managed to draw conclusions, so let's go through the points.
1. Food.
The food is like everywhere else, but the French fries turned out to be too salty so that I couldn't eat it, as a result, it flew into the trash. As for the prices, I will not say that it is expensive, but considering that this is a small city, not Minsk, where the prices are exactly the same ... 3 stars out of 5.
2. The staff.
Politely, everything is standard. On my first visit, a very friendly girl worked, when I left, she asked if I was satisfied and offered to come back. That's why I came. :) 5 stars out of 5.
3. The hall.
I saw people complaining about dirt in the reviews, but I personally didn't find it when I was here. The tables are clean, the trash cans are not overflowing, so there are no cups and other waste lying around. And by Halloween, the employees worked hard on a beautiful themed design. 5 stars out of 5.
Finally, I would like to add one more thing. When I ordered ice cream in a cup, which is supposed to be eaten with a spoon, there were no spoons in your establishment. Question: and then how is it. The money was just wasted. Unpleasant. The purchase of cutlery needs to be done on time. ;)
Result. The overall impression remained pleasant, but given the disadvantages that I have listed, I have no desire to return here.

More terrible than terrible. It's not tasty! Expensive! The menu is large, the operator is polite, all the swear words that are on the menu are clarified with a smile, this is all of the advantages!!! But, in fact, there is nothing to eat, but you will give 50-60 rubles. It's dirty! There is no way to wipe the table on the 2nd floor. The kids are milling around, that's all. I do not recommend it! Not mine! I didn't like it! And it's not even that our order was lost and we waited 25 minutes. It's too long for Kalinkovich. Good luck to everyone!!!

Good evening! I repeatedly buy cars at KFC and almost always remain in shock. I used to come back, but now I realized that this is a pattern. In a large order, there is always something missing and in large quantities, the staff is stupid (there are of course exceptions - 2 people) I would not recommend this institution, but I have to come back here, because the child asks, and Mozyr is 30 km away. The last purchase was on 28.08 (there is a receipt) 2 baskets, but unfortunately there are not enough wings here either. ((((

We drove by car, waited for our order for 17 minutes, despite the fact that there was no queue from the car. It's unpleasant that they didn't even apologize for waiting, they didn't wish you a pleasant appetite. Nuggets are not made from pure chicken fillet, but from minced meat with all sorts of nonsense. I just liked the cappuccino. I do not know how things work there, but either there are few employees, or there is something wrong with the postponement of work...

A good fast food restaurant, a comfortable couple of tables located on the ground floor will not brighten up the waiting time badly ... the second floor with a not bad view from the window is nice. It's nice to go to the toilets always cleaned. The taste of food is as always at the same level as in other restaurants of the KFS delicious. But not without minor nuances, as everywhere else). The waiting time is always different... but in principle acceptable. If you are in a hurry somewhere, then specify when ordering how long to wait. And what you can take that would be faster. According to the staff, what can I say: good. Eating there periodically and watching how they communicate with visitors, I can say that they always respond to a smile with a smile and goodwill. If you have any questions about this or that nuance, managers will always tell you. Have a nice time

I was in the KFS for the second time in my life. I liked everything at this particular point in Kalinkovichi. There were not many people, I ordered a burger that was very tasty, the potatoes were not very good for me personally. And my husband liked everything.

The quality of food jumps constantly.
I often take chicken legs. Almost every time they are overcooked, they have a dark color and a bitter taste.
I even got hurt once.
Other products such as strips are very dry and hard. I took a burger,
there was also an overcooked cutlet and a rubber bun. Kortoshka is just bullshit, too, all dry and rubbery.
According to my observations, the food gets worse in the evening, so it's better to order in the afternoon. If the workers are working hard, if the oil is not changed, if the products have been in the oven for too long.

Very expensive in my opinion. For a bun with a cutlet, almost 5p is a lot in my opinion. There is a stall with shawarma next to it, so it's better to take a shawkha there for 7-8p, and really get full.

I have never seen such a careless attitude. We drove up, ordered, paid - paid, and as soon as we paid, we were told to wait for 7 minutes ... why didn't I tell you about it before payment?!? We were in a hurry and I would have refused simply, but okay, they gave us a chance, everything happens. the result : 17 minutes have passed , I already wanted to go myself, but they took it out . Bystooooh mmm... Plus , the rolls were molded abykak . Honestly, I love the KFS, but I will not return to this restaurant anymore - I was there for the first and last time.

Вкусная еда. Заказы выдают относительно быстро. Дружелюбный персонал. Вкусные напитки. Бургеры не люблю по этому ничего сказать не могу. Чисто и уютно.

Ооо, был на днях. Остался не в восторге. Заказал бургер, картошку, и питье.. что вы думаете? Перекусил конечно , но не так как планировалось … холодная разогретая котлета ,бургер не соответствует заявленному описанию. И это даже был белый день, очередей не было 😬 был в первый и в последний раз

Все плохо. Столы и туалет часто грязные, еда вся сухая, кола как буд-то с водой сильно смешана. На втором этаже часто люди просто сидят или дети играют в телефоны, в целом место не очень людное. Из плюсов только вид из окна, вежливый персонал и скорость приготовления, но этот KFC хуже всех остальных. Сравнивать с любым Минским, то это небо и земля. Нет желания тут кушать

Разливное пиво похоже на забродивший, кислый сок . Баночное пиво не охлаждено. Очень много малолеток, которые превышают уровень переносимых дБ, напрягают своим бесполезным присутствием и заниманием свободных мест не по назначению. Есть погрешности в чистоте, но это простительно, учитывая, что эти мелкие хулиганы ее и создают. Брал Сандерс баскет, в котором куриная ножка была похожа на фекалию на палочке, это визуально, а по вкусу чувствовалась пережарка или плохая панировка - я не дегустатор. Я разочарован, пожалуй, это худший кфс, в котором я когда-либо был. Эталон - кфс на Немиге. Это мое объективное мнение, для вас субъективное, возможно, я просто был не в то время, не в тот момент, хотя было это в канун воскресания Христа.

Отличное место!!! Заказали бургер, на удивление оказался вкуснее чем в других КФС в которых приходилось бывать ,в основном Российских, время ожидания так же удивило, буквально пару минут. Доброжелательный персонал! Молодцы!!!

Кассира дождаться тяжело, пока соизволит подойти минут 10 стоять нужно, при том что людей нет и заказов тоже, смотрите камеры как обслуживают посетителей.
Я не хочу говорить плохо но обслуживание ужасное, я понимаю что что это фаст фуд но извините, заказ должен отдаваться горячим, бургеры холодные, стрипсы это отдельная тема, они просто всегда горелые их есть невозможно, а про уборку я вообще молчу, второй этаж просто не убирается, туалет-туда вообще страшно заходить.
Займитесь своим заведением пожалуйста!

Если они не исправят приготовление, то это фиаско... Два раза пробовал, на второй раз настолько пересушили планировку + пересолили что если бы не кола модно было выкинуть шеф бургер... 30.08.2022. на сегодняшний день все супер, незнаю что они там сделали но стало в разы лучше.

Кухня гадость, обслуживание такое же. Столы забыли вытереть. Ерунда, рукавом сотрут посетители!)))Кофе это вообще кислое пойло. Как можно испортить кофе в кофе машине это секрет местного заведения. Хотя в этой сети, но в другом городе все супер!!!

Качество приготовления и размер порций лучше и больше чем в аналогичных заведениях проработавших больший срок... Но скорость обслуживания желает быть лучше... Ждать заказ 25 минут в отсутствии других заказов - это не ресторан быстрого питания... В других городах все выглядит намного лучше...
