More terrible than terrible. It's not tasty! Expensive! The menu is large, the operator is polite, all the swear words that are on the menu are clarified with a smile, this is all of the advantages!!! But, in fact, there is nothing to eat, but you will give 50-60 rubles. It's dirty! There is no way to wipe the table on the 2nd floor. The kids are milling around, that's all. I do not recommend it! Not mine! I didn't like it! And it's not even that our order was lost and we waited 25 minutes. It's too long for Kalinkovich. Good luck to everyone!!!

I've been to the city a couple of times while passing through, and as a KFC lover, I couldn't miss the opportunity to try locally made wings and assess the level of the establishment. During several visits, I managed to draw conclusions, so let's go through the points.
1. Food.
The food is like everywhere else, but the French fries turned out to be too salty so that I couldn't eat it, as a result, it flew into the trash. As for the prices, I will not say that it is expensive, but considering that this is a small city, not Minsk, where the prices are exactly the same ... 3 stars out of 5.
2. The staff.
Politely, everything is standard. On my first visit, a very friendly girl worked, when I left, she asked if I was satisfied and offered to come back. That's why I came. :) 5 stars out of 5.
3. The hall.
I saw people complaining about dirt in the reviews, but I personally didn't find it when I was here. The tables are clean, the trash cans are not overflowing, so there are no cups and other waste lying around. And by Halloween, the employees worked hard on a beautiful themed design. 5 stars out of 5.
Finally, I would like to add one more thing. When I ordered ice cream in a cup, which is supposed to be eaten with a spoon, there were no spoons in your establishment. Question: and then how is it. The money was just wasted. Unpleasant. The purchase of cutlery needs to be done on time. ;)
Result. The overall impression remained pleasant, but given the disadvantages that I have listed, I have no desire to return here.

A good fast food restaurant, a comfortable couple of tables located on the ground floor will not brighten up the waiting time badly ... the second floor with a not bad view from the window is nice. It's nice to go to the toilets always cleaned. The taste of food is as always at the same level as in other restaurants of the KFS delicious. But not without minor nuances, as everywhere else). The waiting time is always different... but in principle acceptable. If you are in a hurry somewhere, then specify when ordering how long to wait. And what you can take that would be faster. According to the staff, what can I say: good. Eating there periodically and watching how they communicate with visitors, I can say that they always respond to a smile with a smile and goodwill. Good evening! I repeatedly buy cars at KFC and almost always remain in shock. I used to come back, but now I realized that this is a pattern. In a large order, there is always something missing and in large quantities, the staff is stupid (there are of course exceptions - 2 people) I would not recommend this institution, but I have to come back here, because the child asks, and Mozyr is 30 km away. The last purchase was on 28.08 (there is a receipt) 2 baskets, but unfortunately there are not enough wings here either. ((((

I often take chicken legs. Almost every time they are overcooked, they have a dark color and a bitter taste.
I even got hurt once.
Other products such as strips are very dry and hard. I took a burger,
there was also an overcooked cutlet and a rubber bun. Kortoshka is just bullshit, too, all dry and rubbery.
According to my observations, the food gets worse in the evening, so it's better to order in the afternoon. If the workers are working hard, if the oil is not changed, if the products have been in the oven for too long.

It's unpleasant that they didn't even apologize for waiting, they didn't wish you a pleasant appetite. Nuggets are not made from pure chicken fillet, but from minced meat with all sorts of nonsense. I just liked the cappuccino. I do not know how things work there, but either there are few employees, or there is something wrong with the postponement of work...

I don't want to say bad things, but the service is terrible, I understand that this is fast food, but sorry, the order should be given hot, burgers are cold, strips are a separate topic, they are just always burnt, it is impossible to eat them, and I am generally silent about cleaning, the second floor simply does not clean, the toilet is generally scary to go there.
