My friend's second potato was just disgusting, hard and salty, as if a pack of salt had been poured there, it was SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE to eat, I thought my friend was just exaggerating, BUT it was SO salty that my throat started to hurt from such food, I had to throw 6p to the wind (I know it's pennies), thank you! We don't eat here with friends anymore, instead of monitoring the quality of the product, the girl decided to do something useful once she woke up 🤷♂️
The auto window does not always work, which is not warned on the Internet. Deep fryers, in my opinion, are not cleaned as often as the quality, taste and color of potatoes differ from the "norm". The staff is polite, the approximate statistical time for the return of the order is 10-15 minutes.
KFS auto, it takes a very long time to wait, constantly from 20 minutes to pay for the order, you also have to wait about 5 minutes, the staff are sleepy flies, it's not the first time I come here, and I constantly wait for an order for 30-40 minutes, sometimes half of the staff is smoking on the street, this is the worst KFS car in the city of Minsk,,
HORROR-HORROR-HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!!! The order of 3 burgers and a glass of Coke was waiting for more than half an hour. My friends had a bigger order - they waited for almost an hour. And this despite the fact that there was no one in the hall at that moment, and there were no orders in the work either. I have not seen slower service in the whole Republic of Belarus.

Everything is as usual. However, parking is too small - 15 cars can fit, but it must be borne in mind that cars are still parked there, who goes to the Mayak store
With a small load, there is a very long wait for orders. Almost all visits (except one) had a very long wait, to the point that the room was removed from the waiting room, although the order was not issued

I waited for the order for 25 minutes at the car rental, while I had to go and remind myself, the staff is in no hurry, they don't care about visitors at all
I bought a spicy shefburger, they gave me another roll for a penny, and already at the payment window I asked to add another equally spicy shefburger. As a result, at home, instead of a spicy schefburger, I found a cold bun with some kind of piece of sausage. Disappointed.
We arrived at the window at 02:20, we made an order for a long time , there was no ice cream and there was no milkshake. The rolls turned out to be hot, but the meat and cabbage were not the first freshness, cartilage was caught in the meat. The most delicious turned out to be a cherry pie that was eaten in the morning.
They must work around the clock with a sanitary hour from 7 to 8 in the morning, arrived at 00:04 nothing works, there is no one in the delivery window. We did two laps around the parking lot. We drove up again and then they deigned to say that there was a technical break, I specified how much time, they said another 10 minutes. But there was no designation anywhere and after 12 minutes no one accepted the order.
Sometimes poor quality, apparently depends on the shift (they won't report it, they got it mixed up, once they forgot to punch through the cash register at the KFS car).
Everything is great, but of course it is not very convenient to wait in the parking lot, because it is often busy and it is easier to go in to take an order
We ordered cheeseburgers and French fries. Cheeseburgers are fine, but potatoes are just terrible. Bitter, there are dark greasy spots on the bottom of the box, it looks like the oil in this fryer is not changed often
I constantly use KFS drive, plus a cool bun from 15 rubles they give me a mini gift (cupcake, 6 nuggets or something else)
