I placed an order through the KFC application, indicated my home address, located in Almaty (Turksib micr.), the amount of 24,830 was debited from me. As soon as the money was debited from me, the inscription "Your order was not found" appeared in the application. I immediately called your call center at 7797, the operator picked up the phone, Elena called her and said that it turns out my address is not included in the delivery square. Now write a message on WhatsApp and ask for a refund +7 701 091 3341 by this number. I wrote, no one answers me, I called back to the call center again, the same girl picked up the phone, I decided to clarify with her when I would get my money back, to which she replied to me within 14 working days, to which I honestly say awesome, I asked to give me a number or ask someone to contact me and solve my problem the problem is faster , namely on the day of my order. To which she told me that this was not possible , she just made me lose my temper , I had to swear and scream with her ! Excuse me, what right does your company have to use my money without compensation? Then she hung up the phone and immediately the guy from your company called me back, also not very polite, began to teach me how to talk, asked me some stupid questions as if I were a reference for him. But with grief in half, he solved my problem and said that the order would be delivered, but even though I ordered through your application, not everything was delivered, I had two servings of basket croquettes in my order, instead they put two servings of fries, which I already had in the order. In general, the mood is spoiled by your application and your illiterate employees. I can say one thing, my family is no longer naked, they will not enter your application, they will not enter your restaurants, such a collective farm is simply not acceptable today, it seems to me.... Well, I have a couple more bad reviews about you in well-known applications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and I will not recommend you to any of my friends as a fast food restaurant.
