A good hotel. The 2-bed room is large. Clear. All the accessories are there. The breakfast is hearty. The staff is friendly. The prices are adequate. I recommend.
To begin with, I often travel for work and have been to many different hotels. As for this hotel, I really liked the view from the window. Of course it's amazing, especially in the evening when the lights turn on. The main attraction of Turkestan is just around the corner. Unfortunately, the advantages ended there. I've never written bad reviews, but I can't help but tell you here. Firstly, the hotel staff is very cold, I would even say indifferent, not attentive. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. There were no hooks for a bathrobe or towels in the toilet. The rain shower watering can was broken. It was pouring from anywhere but her. Strangely enough for the south, there was no kettle in the room. The bed linen is very washed, which is even leaky in places. The TV was not working all the time of arrival. The wifi came and went. But most of all I was outraged by the dining room, or rather its absence. People were fed right in the lobby of the hotel in front of the entrance, just by fencing off the tables with a screen. The whole hotel smells like a canteen. It is very noisy outside the window, as rickshaws with screaming music were driving until late in the evening and people were talking loudly. For all this service, 50,000 tons were charged for 2 nights. I think the price is extremely high. After all, in addition to the view from the window, there should also be a service!!! I put a weak 3 out of 10 points. And of course, don't go there anymore.
Great hotel, location, super, everything is nearby!!! The rooms are cozy! Firdauz administrator is very kind, decent, professional in his field! I definitely recommend it!!!
