A very comfortable hotel. We were passing through with the children, I really liked it. There are beautiful sights nearby, with rivers and fountains. Mesmerizing sunsets.
A good hotel. The 2-bed room is large. Clear. All the accessories are there. The breakfast is hearty. The staff is friendly. The prices are adequate. I recommend.
To begin with, I often travel for work and have been to many different hotels. As for this hotel, I really liked the view from the window. Of course it's amazing, especially in the evening when the lights turn on. The main attraction of Turkestan is just around the corner. Unfortunately, the advantages ended there. I've never written bad reviews, but I can't help but tell you here. Firstly, the hotel staff is very cold, I would even say indifferent, not attentive. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. There were no hooks for a bathrobe or towels in the toilet. The rain shower watering can was broken. It was pouring from anywhere but her. Strangely enough for the south, there was no kettle in the room. The bed linen is very washed, which is even leaky in places. The TV was not working all the time of arrival. The wifi came and went. But most of all I was outraged by the dining room, or rather its absence. People were fed right in the lobby of the hotel in front of the entrance, just by fencing off the tables with a screen. The whole hotel smells like a canteen. It is very noisy outside the window, as rickshaws with screaming music were driving until late in the evening and people were talking loudly. For all this service, 50,000 tons were charged for 2 nights. I think the price is extremely high. After all, in addition to the view from the window, there should also be a service!!! I put a weak 3 out of 10 points. And of course, don't go there anymore.
Great hotel, location, super, everything is nearby!!! The rooms are cozy! Firdauz administrator is very kind, decent, professional in his field! I definitely recommend it!!!

Location
The view from the window (impressive)
Reasonable price
Nice room
Air conditioning (I didn't use it myself)
Normal Internet connection (sometimes sagged despite the fact that there are few people in the hotel).
Clean and odorless

It feels like not all the staff is friendly and polite.
It spoils the overall impression.

The availability of breakfasts can be considered a plus, but their quality leaves much to be desired. Fortunately, there is something to choose from.
Travelers considered coffee (in the same building) a plus, but coffee and breakfasts there are ~ 6/10. But very tasty manti and salad.
Turkestan is very interesting. I advise you not to drive past and stay here for 4-5 days. Climb the mountains of Kantagi village (taxi stop to Kentau in front of the "You and me" store, the cost is about 500-600 tenge; from the bazaar in Kentau to Kantagi, taxis cost 100-150-200 tenge) and look for a nature reserve there, which I could not find. Take a walk through the tour area of the Caravanserai and the wonderful parks. Visit the flying theater.
Keep in mind that many establishments are halal. There is not much alcohol in shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. These are not bars in the usual sense of Russians.
Be vigilant! Taxi drivers easily inflate prices for tourists! Use Yandex in the city.
Peace to all
Convenient location, air conditioning, etc. But I took off one star for the lack of a kettle and tea, coffee in the room and cups. And so not. A coil milking towels and hooks where to hang them. Otherwise, everything is fine
I always wanted to get to this hotel, as I watched it being built and opened. I have not lived in South Korea for some time and there was no time to stay in this hotel.
I was in Turkestan on a working trip and the moment turned up to check into this hotel.
Guys, this is total trash. How could a hotel be launched like this? Nightmare. Everything is dilapidated, terribly neglected (the care is terrible for the campaign). The bed is torn, the sink is leaking, the stench from the sewer in the shower. Disappointed with the krch. 204 number.
2* for breakfast. And so it would be 0
Clean rooms, reasonable breakfasts. The food is delicious, you can say homemade. It is located in the historical center. There are cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Friendly and attentive staff. One disadvantage is that there are no kettles in the rooms.
The hotel is located in the most touristic place, next to the park near the mausoleum of Ahmed Yassawi. The room is comfortable, everything is new. The staff is very friendly. The coffee shop on the ground floor makes good coffee.
In general, a good hotel. Breakfast for three, the rooms are clean and cozy, which are not very special with a view of the mausoleum. Good location. I recommend

A good hotel in the very center of Turkistan, there is almost everything nearby, the staff is good, I advise guests to either visit this hotel
The location is very convenient for zierat tourism. The staff is polite. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The breakfast is normal, I would not say a large assortment, but it is sufficient
The hotel is very pleasant to stay in. I especially liked the variability of breakfast. This hotel will be included in the top 10 best hotels in this city, and the only thing that prevented it from being added to the top 5 is the restaurant at the Hotel where prices exceed 3 times the usual prices. Unfortunately, I can't attach a photo, because I was there with the shooting and there wasn't much time in the photo
The hotel is located in a very cool location. In the New town, next to the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.
The staff is very polite and understands your situation humanely. It was 2 days. It's a pity that you'll run out if you don't go to breakfast a little earlier. Although I liked it.
A wonderful location! The mausoleum is within walking distance. The Caravanserai is just around the corner. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there. The price-quality-location ratio is excellent!
Convenient location. A beautiful building. The rooms are cozy and spacious, not noisy. Breakfast is included in the price, and the choice of dishes is not great, but I found everything I needed. The main thing is nutritious and tasty, in my opinion. We need to slightly improve the room service and everything will be fine, for 5.

A good place for the price. There are not very many TV channels, the breakfast is simple and delicious. It was strange to wake up in the morning to loud music. I thought they'd probably wake me up for breakfast.
Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, cozy, and all accessories are available. The staff is friendly and friendly.

The location is one of the best!
Rooms, breakfast, all this is quite satisfactory. We can safely recommend it as a "3-star".
There is no parking. And in the second half of the week, even nearby, especially on weekends and holidays, it will be difficult to park a car.
Clean and quiet. To be honest, breakfast was at 3. There was no fresh fruit. Coffee and tea bags. But the room on 5 is quiet, there are all the accessories in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was catching well in the lobby.
The rooms are hot, the air conditioners do not work, one kettle for the whole hotel. Some kind of tin... For that, everything is beautiful and polite at the reception, and the clerks work
For the guests of Turkestan, the location is quite convenient, there is a Mausoleum nearby, excellent Parking, all necessary facilities are within walking distance
A weak hotel, the food in the basement is terrible, the basement (((( the rooms are already tired, and the prices are not cheap, I do not recommend going there myself.
