When I was a student, many years ago, it was the best library in Kharkov. Does it exist now?

The gathering is still the same, as recently as today, my daughter decided to enroll in this library, by the way, to enroll you need a passport and 35 UAH., so: after showing a new plastic passport of her beloved homeland, she was refused registration. Thanks to the touching friendly team
