A mixed feeling, a scoop and elements of modernity bar, cash registers. Information about which bus or other vehicle will take you to your destination is not indicated on the information board or on the tickets. When not a bus arrives, but a "minibus", there comes a feeling that you have been divorced. Ask at the ticket offices which vehicle will carry out the transportation.
It is a pity that such a beautiful building looks so neglected inside. Odile hall + cafe = homeless shelter. You can't be there without tears, literally and figuratively. I hope the local authorities will still get around to eliminating the homeless shelter on the benches in the Waiting Room. And the naga valiant police will do their job where necessary.
I like the bus station. Clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Yes, there is a problem with dialing, but it is not so critical. I have been traveling for more than one year and everything suits me.
The luggage storage is good. The cashiers are also nice and friendly. The waiting room is terrible, homeless people spend the night. Buffet - it's not even worth talking about any hygiene at all. A dirty barmaid who keeps a big dog in her cupboard. And the toilet - there are no words. the boorish attendant. The door says break from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m. It's actually closed until 5 a.m. all passengers walk and cover the corners on the street. It was me in the summer, and it's scary to imagine what happened in winter. It so happened that I arrived at the station late at 12.30 am. The toilet was closed. I ran to the toilet at 2 a.m. at 2.30 a.m. At 3 a.m. the attendant opened the door. I paid 4 UAH, ran into the toilet. I didn't have time to do my business, washed my hands and washed my face, when this attendant ran in and started calling me names, shouting that she wanted to sleep and I was bothering her and that I should quickly get out of the toilet. This is considering that I paid and stayed in the toilet for about 5 minutes!!! and I went in already at 3 a.m., when the toilet should have been working since 2 o'clock.!!! I was terrified. I couldn't even react adequately to the rudeness of this attendant - I wasn't ready for such a stream of "dirt". Moreover, I came only from Germany, where not only are there no such toilets without a toilet, but also such rudeness!!! It shouldn't be like this!!!
The building is huge, but there is quite a little space for the ticket offices and the waiting room. The passenger transportation infrastructure requires extensive reconstruction...
Short, gloomy, crowded, somehow rustic, does not correspond to the status of G.Kharkiv (this applies to everything:cash desk, passenger rest area, motor transport area).
I didn't like the waiting room. The old building. It's dirty. The toilet is outside. I liked the accessibility of the Gagarin Ave. metro station (about 200 meters)
I did not like that we were prevailed from the Dnieper, transferred to Kharkov, Moscow, we had seats, but we were told to take the free ones that were in the ass no longer when they froze at night on this flight, horror and not flight
the information service (telephone) works disgusting, It is very difficult to get through (sometimes it is simply impossible), which is especially sad in winter, when bus traffic is difficult.
