In principle, it is a good store, especially it used to be. Now the prices, in my opinion, are somewhat overpriced. I also don't like the policy when a product with external flaws is simply added 50 kopecks to the price. It seems to me that in such cases it is necessary to significantly reduce the price. In addition, there are a lot of such goods, and, according to the law of meanness, it is often possible to find a defect only at home. Now about the loyalty cards of the regular customer - they suddenly stopped working on the days of sales with discounts, which have now been brought up to 70%. To be honest, I can't imagine what kind of product will reach such a discount. I've always liked the staff. There is a turnover, but the girls are working well. The only case of conflict occurred yesterday and this was a brand new sales girl working at the checkout. She somehow managed to bring the situation to conflict with such, you know, hidden rudeness. Especially her phrases about "I'm STILL talking to you normally" and "no one is forcing you here" added fuel to the fire - the latter, this is after we expressed our opinion on pricing policy. You know, we also don't owe anyone anything and we want to go, but we don't want to go, least of all paying attention to the desire of such a seller. I ask the owners of this network, and in particular this store, to pay attention to the issue of pricing, as well as to the professional qualities of sellers, who should still be able to smooth out acute situations, and not bring intonations and phrases to conflict.
Excellent hand-hoh) A large selection of clothes and hats. There are both used and new clothes. The prices are pleasant + discounts of course. Everything is very neat and structured. A pleasant cashier.
I like the store, you can always find the right thing. There is one request to the management, to lay out the schedule of receipts for the next month at the end of the current one. Today is March 5th, and there is no schedule for March on your website. And so it is every month. It's a small thing, but nevertheless.
