WHY IS THE HELP PHONE NOT ANSWERING????????? You (the Administration of the bus station) work for us Ukrainians and earn the salary that we pay you through taxes. Absolute disrespect! The darkness is complete that at bus stations (dirty everywhere) what's in your job. There are no words, only peaks. And it makes you crazy! (I write the word "you" with a small letter - you are not even worthy of it).
