We gave away 2 blankets. One new white one, the cat left a stain and a smell from the edge of the blanket. The other one is a heavy old one.
The result: the new blanket turned gray instead of white and very smelly. It is impossible to sleep with this smell
The old blanket was returned completely torn in different places (see photo), and since everything was tightly packed and in cellophane, we only saw it at home. By the way, there are also spots left! The blanket is in the trash now.
No decency!

I will share with you my story about the cleaning. I decided to clean the carpets . First, I reread all the reviews, initially referring to a review written in 2023, I did not want to contact here. then I called back everyone who has a higher rating, they were rude to me there, it feels like I got into the waiting room of the "tsar", to whom I also owe something. Then I called this organization, they answered very culturally, explained everything, and the price was also adequate. As a result, I gave them 2 Turkish carpets to clean, as you know, not out of cheap pleasure. The carpets were ready in 7 days. After unwrapping the carpets, I was surprised by the cleanliness. It felt like the carpets were from a store. Immediately after what she saw, she handed over the blankets to them for cleaning, already knowing their quality of work. As you know, I was also very pleased with the result. Thanks for the work! I recommend it!!!

I ordered the dry cleaning of two expensive carpets last summer, the carpets were clean, just to refresh. They brought it in a day (!!!!) with a terrible pungent smell (I reported it to the dry cleaner) that had been weathering for two days. When ordering dry cleaning, I noticed that I have a small child and need cleaning with environmental materials. As soon as the child began to crawl, a terrible cough began, the doctors said the cause was allergic. We left the apartment for three months - there was no cough. Upon returning to the apartment, he coughed again. My husband and I developed an allergic rash on our hands. The reason, as it turned out, is carpets! More precisely, dry cleaning, because it is unclear how they treated them there and how they can wash and dry the carpet in one day is difficult to imagine. And yes, the driver who picked up the carpet said that he also cleans carpets, he was taught in one day. Expensive carpets had to be thrown away, dry cleaning in this place is only harmful to health and unnecessary expenses! I do not recommend it.

It's just super, the stain that was old is gone (and it wasn't cleaned fresh on Timiryazevskaya when it was handed over with this particular problem).
The pile has risen and become better.
The smell left the dog (went to the carpet)👍👍👍.They promptly took it to the cleaners, as they washed it themselves, but there was a smell. The wet one was taken and on the same day it was taken into the dry cleaning process.
