I had to wait a very long time. 09/7/2024 we took the pillows to the dry cleaners and only on 10/24/2024 the smell more or less disappeared and decided that we could try to use it. When I put on a new pillowcase, dust flew, A LOT OF DUST!
On the same day, I went to the dry cleaners with these pillows. As soon as I began to explain the situation, the employee began to talk to me in a raised tone that quickly turned into a scream, she did not let me say a word! She commented on the chemical smell: "It is not known where these pillows were, maybe you peed and pooped on them." While they were shouting at me, I took out a large sheet of A3 paper and took out some feathers on it to show the sand that was there, so that the person would understand that it was not all made up. I put away the pens, paper and sand afterwards. Apart from the screams and the inadequate reaction, there was nothing else.
Seriously? Someone thinks that you can pay 82 rubles for the dry cleaning of 3 pillows to pee, poop and not all what to do?! We gave them to the dry cleaners to use later! And not to run around Minsk with them and listen to nasty things! Not only was the money wasted, but we also received sand as a "bonus"! They yelled at me and threatened to call the police!
We did not know that only within a month it is possible to make claims to quality. Yes, we could not even think that there could be such an outrage! They were just waiting for the chemical smell to wear off, and there was a huge "surprise" waiting inside.
Judging by the way the employee of this dry cleaner reacted to the pillows, it is not the first time she has encountered such a situation.
I only ripped open one pillow. Of the other two, if you slap on them, dust also flies. I didn't cut them open on purpose, but it's probably the same as in the first pillow.

Cons: there was a stain from some detergent, probably. The director spoke incorrectly and added fuel to the fire instead of resolving the situation!

The incompetence of employees accepting and giving orders is unequivocal. When processing the product, they allowed the fabric to deform and instead of apologizing, they accused me of doing it. They sent a written response to my letter in the book of complaints and suggestions, all with the same accusations against me, indicating that I should have left the product, not taken it away. In this case, instruct your employees for such situations so that they report it, instead of saying, "well, you did it yourself."
In this case, it is no longer the deformation of the product that is outraged, but the attitude towards the customer.
I took the mattress cover to the dry cleaners. The dry cleaning is disgusting with a low level of service and quality. Instead of dry cleaning, they just washed it in a cheap smelly powder, although they took the money for dry cleaning, not for washing. I could do the laundry myself. As it was dirty, it remained so. The complaint was answered with all the defects that can only be, but which in reality do not exist now. The money was not returned, referring to the fact that they do not eliminate pollution. In general , they took the money , but they did not fulfill the order .
The service of the dry cleaning reception point is good, the staff is attentive, competent in cleaning clothes. But the dry cleaning itself wants to be better. When cleaning the winter hat, all the sizing fell apart, I had to throw the hat away. When cleaning pillows and replacing pillowcases, the dimensions of the pillowcases were not maintained.
Completely incompetent staff. On Saturday, I brought the product for cleaning, I was told that it should be put to work today, for this it must be taken to Moscow, otherwise it will lie until Monday, and on Monday it will be sent by car. The work will be ready on Thursday. I asked if they would work on Thursday, since Thursday is a public holiday and everyone has a day off. The receptionist said they were working.
When I came to the department on Moskovskaya, they told me that they would be able to give me work anyway only on Monday!
