I would like to leave a review about the disgusting service on 7.11.2023. I am writing a review in order to pay attention to the quality of customer service, as well as to increase the level of provision of catering services.
To save you from unnecessary details (since I am addressing the staff, not future clients), I will write briefly.
Due to the fact that after 50 minutes of waiting for the last dish, instead of apologies and suggestions on how to change the situation (my sister was left without a dish when my mother and I had already eaten our own), we were forced to observe the proceedings of the manager and the waiter. Attempts by the waiter - maybe you want and you will wait another 8 minutes and we will pack you dessert with us? In my understanding, it sounded like - Should we apologize to you?; The waiter also said that the reason that one person was left without food was a kitchen flaw :) Dear manager, I appeal to you to send my waiters to serve the guests of the hall, first of all, do their high-quality training and education. Your attempts to convey your suggestions through the waiter were terribly unpleasant to us. Perhaps you also need to improve your skills, if you allow yourself to have proceedings in front of the client. We hope that this was a one-time incident and we will regain our love for Georgian cuisine.
It is a pity that such a banal situation could not be resolved. Once again, raising the question in this case - Do you want us to wrap dessert with you? there was none of the possible solutions to this situation.
