A place near the house. We were at the opening, it was fun. There were a lot of people, we had a good rest despite the organizational problems.
After the opening, the family visited 4 times already. We love this network.
There is a lot of space, sometimes it even seems that there are too many areas for planting. Very. There is not enough children's area, I am sure it would increase the number of family visitors.
The staff is polite, the food is delicious. The waiters are like, there is a very fast girl, and there are quite slow ones. But overall everything is fine.
I really hope and wish that the institution would stay afloat and only improve the service, because there are absolutely no places in the area with delicious food, music and wine.
We definitely want to take another look at Odessa, which shares a room and specializes in our kitchen.

Hello! Let's start with the pros
The food is very tasty, satisfying, and beautiful. Nice interior.
There were more disadvantages.
Of the staff, only the robot that carried the plates worked well.
There were three of us, they put us at a table, gave us a menu. Everything would be fine, but they came up to us 17 minutes later and accepted the order.
It took half an hour, the robot brought our dishes, but all the khinkali were on the same plate. And it would be okay, but unfortunately we don't really understand where what (different tastes differ in tails)
In other restaurants of this chain, the waiter, bringing dishes, told where which khinkali were so that no one would get confused and be satisfied. In our case, there were no hints (of course, the robot did not explain anything to us and the waiter did not approach)
Okay, we figured it out, ate and are waiting for dessert. And he's still not there. I would have liked to call the waiter, but we were sitting in the very corner, we were not even visible, as if we had been left and forgotten.
We decided not to wait for dessert, we'll pay off and go. They didn't come up to us on their own, they didn't clean the plates, they didn't even look in our direction.
I decided to come over and ask for the bill.
After the request, this was done immediately. But here's just one THING: the dessert was punched in the receipt, but it wasn't brought to us.
This was told to the waiter, to which they did not apologize to us, but simply said "maybe you will take it with you"
P.s. the landing was not complete, 4 tables.

There is no separate toilet, it is common in the shopping center, respectively, it has the same appearance. Ofics are students, therefore there are questions. One serves, the other enters during the evening and does not transmit information, therefore, some of the orders were lost. I always write reviews after several visits. And so. No one ever does. You come in, they see you and pretend that you don't exist. This is an inhospitable indicator of your institution's face. Waitresses don't know how to work. Only one guy, the waiter, is attentive and does a good job.
On my last visit, a girl took an order from my husband and me and did not repeat it. The result - I waited for my fish for 45 minutes! When the dish was brought to my husband 20 minutes later and I was choking on my saliva waiting for my dish. She did not apologize, did not offer to make amends somehow-no way! I just avoided it.
As for the food in general, the kebab is disgusting. Well, it's just not tasty at all (we ordered it twice). The cradle is 5/10, it was dry and too salty. Khinkali is difficult to spoil, ordinary ones. Khachapuri is delicious. Pink salmon is not worth the money at all and was also over-salted.
Prices are more expensive than for Marx. And for many positions it is unreasonably expensive.

Good afternoon. 07.11.2024 visited this institution with my son. We ordered 5 chicken khinkali for the child and 5 with pork plus grilled vegetables. Khinkali is delicious, but I almost didn't find any vegetables in the box. One full (in section) mushroom, one onion is not full, a quarter of a tomato, a slice of eggplant. It was the whole set for 13 rubles. I am very unhappy.
How did they even dare to charge 13 rubles for this. I was at Dzerzhinsky on the eve and I know what the portion should be. I will contact the management.

An attentive person. But the grill needs to be dealt with. Judging by the color, it is very hot. The result is bitterness in vegetables. And the color of the overcooked vegetables. The grill is rarely washed and cleaned. Pies also need to be worked on by the dough or cook- it's delicious, but they turned out to be thin pizzas. The kitchen quietly gives away the overcooked. In general, the impression of a raw cafe with an inexperienced kitchen crew.
