It is not the first year that I have been a visitor to this network of establishments, and recently I began to notice a decrease in the quality of khachapuri cooking, the amount of filling, the quality of the dough, everything went down, and if I immediately assumed that this was due to one cook, then after trying them in different establishments, I concluded that the fall is everywhere, I I understand that the network uses its lack of Internet access in the market and "people are grabbing", but I'm afraid it won't do any good, I hope that the management will still do something more than an unfortunate coupon for a 15 percent discount on the next visit, which they can only cover their flaws with. Not a bad place, saturated with Georgian culture
Of the advantages
1)There is a lot of space, there are even places for 12 people
2) Fast service
3) The kitchen executes orders very quickly
There are no special disadvantages

Do not go to this institution if you do not want your things to be stolen, the administrator openly stated "I do not want to put up with you", and the headmistress of the institution rudely said that yes, this is normal for them. We celebrated a birthday in Khinkalna, ordered for a good check. The waitresses took the cakes from us and put them in the refrigerator, no one was embarrassed that they would need to be taken out to the birthday girl later, no one said anything. And only at the end of the holiday, the administrator Alesya comes and declares that it is impossible to take out cakes without a quality certificate. To a reasonable question, why then our cakes without certificates are quietly standing in the refrigerator next to Khinkalni products, Alesya began to suggest calling the sanitary inspection station, and when she saw that we were really calling there, she said that they did not take any cakes, there are no cakes, what kind of cakes)) The cost of one cake was 150 bel.rubles, and Alesya was aggressive to the demand to return our property to us, tried to expel us from the institution (despite the fact that we still had half a table of food). As a result, we had to call the police, Alesya tried to slander us - that we were allegedly drunk (2 people were drinking from the company and they were generally silent), allegedly refusing to pay)) As a result, the police are on our side and forced to return the cakes. After the publicity, the instagram account apologized to us and promised that they would call to solve the problem, the problem was "solved" by calling the headmistress, who started a dialogue with the phrase "well, what do you have, let's tell" and said that Alesya was well done and right. After that, the Instagram account was ignored. This is the attitude of the Khinkalni towards their guests. If certificates were needed for the cakes, they HAD NO RIGHT to put them in the refrigerator.

Gorgeous Khinkali, incomparable khachapuri in Ajarian, reasonable prices and friendly staff! We have been to this place several times - the quality of the food and the rate of return are on top!
Of the minuses, there is a constant smell from the kitchen in the hall, the hoods work moderately, to put it mildly. But it is always comfortable and cozy on a summer holiday. I recommend it!

Who has never tried Georgian cuisine, it is worth visiting this institution and trying the dishes offered. If you are not a gourmet, it will go perfectly well. And so our friends who grew up in Georgia say "nothing special, it was tastier in childhood."
The establishment itself is cozy in principle, but usually there are a lot of people, which is related to the location. The service is fast, but if there are a lot of visitors, then the waiters are not up to you. If you want to sit with a large company, then book a place in advance. Special thanks to the administrator, well done.

It's a good place. Excellent and delicious cuisine. I visited with my wife, I really liked it. My half ordered khinkali, and I ordered pork kebab with vegetables. Super! The meat is juicy and melts in the mouth. Vegetables are just great! Baked and slightly muffled. It's very hard to surprise us with something, but the Khinkalni team managed to do it. Well done. I would also like to additionally note the interior. The place is colorful. It seems to be simple, but cozy and atmospheric. We were on Friday evening and it is clear that the occupancy rate is almost 100%. But despite this, the staff always managed to find time for us. Of course, we had to wait for meat and vegetables,
but that's understandable. Friday evening, so many people. Under such circumstances, waiting times have been longer in other establishments. I would like to mention the prices separately. They pleasantly surprised us. Very democratic. In my opinion, it is not expensive enough and verified. For two, khinkali, shish kebab, vegetables, bread and a drink for only 55 rubles, and this, together with tips, in my opinion, is just 5 points. Well done.

The order was taken out quickly enough, but without appliances, I had to remind the waitresses about it. Khachapuri was brought, the dough is separate, the filling is separate, it is clear that the dough is not baked, very watery.
They asked the waiter a question, which was answered, and that's how it should be.
Obviously, the dough should not be raw, the waiter said "whatever you say" :)))
