Khinkali is delicious, but the staff needs to be taught the rules of service (the most basic). I ordered khinkali and dessert, they brought me dessert first, and after 5 minutes khinkali. I asked the waiter to take the dessert away, explaining that it should be after the hot one. As a result, after the main course, they brought me a warmed dessert, which already looked tired.

We came to this institution, the service, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired.
We did not hear from the waiter, who greeted us with a "Hello", not a smile.
The tables are dirty, sticky, there is nothing to breathe in the institution itself and the smells are not pleasant at all, since the air does not circulate.
According to the food, they brought a chicken in which there is solid fat and not almost meat, the bread is stale, it is difficult to live, as if it had been a day.
The disappointment is complete.

Thank you very much to the staff of the restaurant on Rakovskaya. We would especially like to mention the employees Nikita (waiter) and Ekaterina (administrator). It was your first time and you didn't know the assortment from the word "at all", that's where Ekaterina came to our aid, she told us so that they wanted to eat everything))) but physically it is not possible. Nikita was serving our table, and it's hard to find a more positive person. He always came up with a smile and a positive attitude. khinkali with chili pepper seeds and a huge amount of cumin and lack of greens (cook from where!??).
the amount of pepper is beyond the limit. there is zero taste. the size of the hincals is ridiculous.
for the residents of St. Petersburg - phali, this is the standard of khinkali
save your health and time, do not visit this slag. shock and frustration.

Great summer! The order was made 20 minutes in advance, we arrived and the table was already served on the summer terrace. Chicken and pork kebabs are delicious. The tortilla was served fresh and hot directly from the oven, which is good news. It was a little chilly on the terrace, but we were offered blankets. Yesterday we had dinner with 4 people. We ordered different khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian. After 3-4 hours, everyone's stomachs turned, all four of them had diarrhea half the night. We highly do not recommend it. After reading the reviews (although after visiting), we realized that we were far from the first. And in general, this is not the first case with us in the entire Khinkalnya network. Previously, they were written off to other establishments, but now they are convinced that it is precisely in the Khinkalna. I do not recommend it if you do not go to spend a day in the bathroom.

They fell for the reviews and stayed hungry. For the first time in my life (!!!) She left the restaurant, refusing to pay for the dish. I do not argue, homemade wine is not bad (and chacha, according to my husband), salad too, but chicken fillet with tomatoes and cucumbers is difficult to spoil. But the Khinkali, for which we came, could not eat at all. The minced meat turned out to be damp, and the dough was very thin, so that the khinkali simply fell apart in his hand, the broth flowed out, the filling partially fell out. Plus, the quality of the minced meat left nothing better to do, there were some veins. I did not eat half of one khinkali, I spat it out into a napkin, my husband overcame two with different fillings, but also refused to eat further. And we are not some kind of overindulged gourmets, ordinary people who go to cafes and restaurants once a month or two or three.
We were in Georgia and tried khinkali there. It is simply criminal to compare with what is served in Khinkalna. Moreover, even in Minsk there are places where khinkali is delicious. Not like in Georgia, of course, but at least more or less.
We will definitely not return to Khinkalnya and we do not recommend spoiling the impression of Georgian cuisine to anyone.
Two stars only for the wine and the edible salad.
