Kharcho is just a broth, not a thick soup!
The staff is minding their own business, you can come and stand and they will come to you as soon as they are free.
The order is expected not 10-15 minutes, but 20 at best, this is only soup with an empty hall.

We went to eat with my wife, ordered khinkali, eggplant roll and khachipuri. Spicy khinkali is too spicy, but that's okay. Less than 30 minutes later, we urgently needed a toilet!

A wonderful place! I ordered shish kebab, grilled vegetables and ajapsandali. Perfectly cooked: juicy, soft, fragrant! The staff is courteous, but you need to call, it's not a fact that they will be suitable for re-ordering. The music is background, not annoying.

After a long walk through the center of the wonderful city of Minsk, we went to have lunch at this institution. They were greeted politely at the entrance and offered to choose a table. We ordered a salad with nut dressing, kharcho, chikhirtma, dolma and of course khinkali:)
The salad was as good as it can be with unseasonably good vegetables, kharcho in my opinion is a little thin and too spicy, not spicy. It was a good chikhirtma, which almost lacked sourness, but this is a matter of personal preference. I really liked dolma. Khinkali for 4, there was almost no broth inside and the cook was clearly overdoing it with hot pepper.
The order was delivered quickly, all the food was at the right temperature, not cold :)
The table was clean, as were the appliances that were brought.
The bathroom also left a pleasant impression with its cleanliness, it is clear that hygiene standards are followed in the institution.
In general, the establishment left a pleasant impression, we recommend you to visit.

The atmosphere in the establishment is very pleasant! Everything is clean, beautiful, polite staff. The food is incredible!!! Khachapuri is incomparable in Adjarian, khinkali is also delicious. But there was a slight disadvantage: in khinkali with beef, the meat was a little undercooked in the middle, but this did not affect the taste in any way.

I didn't like the kitchen. The cuts in the dishes were different, the grub was salty and seemed to be diluted with water. Georgian spices were not felt in the dishes, there was no taste for which you want to enjoy food

The place is pleasant. The staff is wonderful. But: the portions are small for me, absolutely. The minced meat in khinkali was so-so and there was almost no broth at all. The kharcho was too spicy. The salad was delicious, the main course with meat and vegetables was delicious, the wine was excellent, the eggplant was good, once again I will separately note the staff, they are well done.
I was in a similar institution in Poland. It feels like the same franchise (I could be wrong) It tasted better there

Terrible service. We wanted to have dinner, first the waitress said that there were no empty tables, then that there was a table, but no chairs, although it was safe to take from any table where there were empty chairs. As a result, it turned out that the table (along with the chairs!) there are - and the next guests who came after us occupied it! The waitress's answer: I didn't notice. Spoiled mood and lack of recommendations!

They didn't bring the change either, until they came up. I do not recommend it. There are plenty of places where it is much more hospitable. The waiters say, "two or three minutes" and forget about you) this applies to the menu, the order and the invoice.

Delicious food and mediocre service!
I asked to be moved to another table, the waiter said it was possible. I went out for a smoke, and when I came in, I saw that we had not been transferred anywhere, and other people were sitting at the coveted table. The waiter forgot about us and did not even come up to offer another place. In addition to this, I clarified the order 5 times.
The table I had to sit at was wobbly, like in a roadside diner, in addition to this, the chairs were not comfortable, as in more budget establishments.
Take care of the staff and fix the table!
3 stars for delicious food: Adjarian khachapuri and Asetinsky pie deserve praise, the wine is average.

Of the ordered dishes, I liked khinkali with coriander, but there was no broth in them. The mushrooms are good, and so is the suluguni cheese.
Khinkali is very spicy, sea buckthorn compote disappointed, homemade wine too.
I noticed that the two tables next to us also don't keep their dishes.

We were sitting right next to the staff area. For a long time they carried the appliances for the dish (which is eaten with appliances). Lack of antiseptics or proper amount of wet wipes (considering that many items on the menu are eaten with their hands). They asked for a separate bill, brought a common one... plus they had to count themselves. I understand that the introduction of the number is "cheap and angry", but in this case, make a dining room format. Dismiss your unnecessary (in my opinion) staff. I am one of the loyal and understanding guests. But the complete absence of the staff on Sunday evening on a busy street is ... out of the ordinary.As for the landing: it was incomplete on the ground floor, so there was no explanation for this situation with the staff.

I was somewhat surprised by the service. Belarus usually surprised us with its hospitality, friendliness and some kind of special service: when the staff does everything well and as if in a kind way. And here the staff is somewhat indifferent, they mixed up the order and did not even apologize.

The place was booked a week before arrival, as after reading the reviews, we realized that you can only get to the cafe by booking it in advance. The cafe occupies two floors. According to the design of the hall, you can understand that this is a Georgian cafe by several pictures and only musical accompaniment. (Georgian music is playing). We tried khinkali (keep in mind that almost all of them are spicy), the dough is thin, delicious, there is a lot of broth in the khinkali themselves. The size is very small. (If we compare the Khinkalnaya in Zhukovsky, then you can eat 3 pieces, here, in addition to the other dishes, 5 pieces have taken root perfectly)))). But very tasty. Also quite tasty fried suluguni. An unusual dolma, but also quite sharp, although I really like and respect the sharp. It was also not very clear how the dishes were served: all the dishes were brought when ready, as a result, they ate half of the dishes cold. One person from our company generally sat for more than 40 minutes waiting for his order, when we were already served all the dishes we ordered. In general, for a one-time visit and a general concept of the format of this cafe in Minsk, I recommend.
