A very good store, convenient check-in, Parking, a rich assortment, although we do not have enough grain coffee, but ordinary people do not need it. The sellers are polite, fast, they don't collect queues, everything is clean and tidy, a good owner (loader) took a bag of potatoes, helped, did everything.
It's a pleasure to drive, thanks for the work.
Anyone who happens to be nearby at this store, as a rule, comes in. The interior is quite decent, and for the first time after the opening, the Hit left a good impression in all respects. However, I did not rush to write a review, because I know about the advertising moves of newly opened outlets to attract customers. Now you can notice the following points:
1). the assortment is mostly supported, although it does not do without interruptions at all;
2). prices have become not the most pleasant for many products;
3). staff turnover is noticeable, i.e. sellers, cashiers are probably not satisfied with everything;
4). some unhealthy tradition has developed: cashiers will pinch a penny of change, then two. This, of course, is a trifle, but it is unpleasant if it is repeated more than ten times and all penny deviations are not in favor of the buyer;
5). for a long time there was no local flour "Melenka", as well as "Lidskaya", all flour offers are not the most optimal.
As a result, so far it is pulling at 3 points out of five, let's hope for improvement.
The store itself is clean, but the quality of service is terrible. It feels like the cashiers are not at work, but in hard labor. The price tags are constantly wrong, especially in milk. There are clearly not enough employees in the store. Everything is done by a couple of people. Apparently the PO is cheap. How managers treat them, apparently, employees treat customers the same way. It's just awful.
