When opening, the store was perfect in all respects, as they say, from the mat at the entrance to the store director. The assortment of goods, the display of goods, the cleanliness of the store, the cashiers are always in their places. It was felt that the store had a "master", i.e. the store director was very responsible for her duties (the price tags always corresponded to the product, the vegetable and fruit area was always in proper shape, the designations "good luck goods" always corresponded, etc.) Now, under the current director, utter chaos. The price tags do not match, fruits and vegetables are half-rotten (especially on weekends), the cash register is open alone. When asked to open a second cash register, you listen to a tirade of words, no one is watching the delay. It remains only to remember what kind of store it was... I don't even want to go in right now... I hope someone hears this...
As close to home as possible, which greatly simplifies the shopping process, everything you need is always available. No delay was noticed. I recommend.
The store itself is clean, but the quality of service is terrible. It feels like the cashiers are not at work, but in hard labor. The price tags are constantly wrong, especially in milk. There are clearly not enough employees in the store. Everything is done by a couple of people. Apparently the PO is cheap. How managers treat them, apparently, employees treat customers the same way. It's just awful.
Anyone who happens to be nearby at this store, as a rule, comes in. The interior is quite decent, and for the first time after the opening, the Hit left a good impression in all respects. However, I did not rush to write a review, because I know about the advertising moves of newly opened outlets to attract customers. Now you can notice the following points:
1). the assortment is mostly supported, although it does not do without interruptions at all;
2). prices have become not the most pleasant for many products;
3). staff turnover is noticeable, i.e. sellers, cashiers are probably not satisfied with everything;
4). some unhealthy tradition has developed: cashiers will pinch a penny of change, then two. This, of course, is a trifle, but it is unpleasant if it is repeated more than ten times and all penny deviations are not in favor of the buyer;
5). for a long time there was no local flour "Melenka", as well as "Lidskaya", all flour offers are not the most optimal.
As a result, so far it is pulling at 3 points out of five, let's hope for improvement.
it seems to be a normal store, but during, immediately after work, when there are a lot of people, there is mainly 1 cash register, which creates a large queue
There are very few staff there, the choice of goods is not large, for example, there are no sauces that used to be there, the food seems to be of high quality, but there were also products that have almost disappeared, what can I say about them? Cash registers are like cash registers, the quality of goods is 10/10. There is a lot of queue for lunch, but not like this, cleanliness - it was dirty in winter, now it seems normal.
The disadvantage is that when you need something, you can't find staff to get advice, but in general the store is not bad and from the stop within walking distance 👍
Previously, they were like cheaper, then they made only promotional products, but for some reason many are not there, and there are goods without promotions. It's a good store.
Everything would be fine, but they do not want to work normally in these stores, for people. To find the price of a product, you need to re-read all the price tags on each shelf. It's terribly inconvenient. There's still half a problem with the layout, but it could have been better. Rotten vegetables are constantly lying on the vegetable shop window, it is clear that you need to get rid of them somehow, but there is a percentage that goes to write off such goods. The staff is a separate topic.. of the 2 ticket offices, one works, I understand when there are few people, but when there is a queue on the floor of the hall, and this is not an exaggeration, only one cash register continues to work. You start looking for at least someone in the hall, you can't find them. And when you do find at least someone, you ask to open a second cash register, then they practically send you in response. And they come only after 5 minutes. So also then the product that you buy on the tape flies with great force.
The prices are quite cheap, compared to other stores. A large selection of goods in daily demand. There are vegetables and fruits. I haven't seen any delays yet. The processing of shopping baskets is lame, they are often dirty. I recommend outweighing chilled semi-finished products, a couple of times the weight was actually less than on the label.
A terrible store, expired goods are often found, rotten vegetables and fruits, constant queues, if there are two cash desks, one works, the cashiers did not give change once
I always go to this store, returning from work in the evening around 19.30. THERE is ALWAYS a queue!!!
I tried to go in between 20.40 - 21.00. The same thing!
My God, is it really difficult to put a second cashier when there is usually a large flow of customers???
You constantly have to either ask for a second cashier to be used, or patiently stand in line, they themselves do not see that there are a lot of people, well, or they do not want to see
Considering that this is still the same Euroopt, then, according to the prices, it is Euric,
A good shop has both fruits and vegetables
The only thing is, there are few staff there, there is always almost a queue
There is no time for change (from each buyer for a couple of kopecks ...), in the evening I came at 19:00 there was no change - it was clearly at the checkout, but the seller said that he would have nothing to give other buyers change, and what am I not a buyer? I had to wait.
I forgot the card- the discount card was returned a week later, their other store did not return it (.
