I heard behind me: "Hey, man, stop!". And at the same time, someone grabbed me by the grocery bag. Turning around, I saw a Caucasian face dressed in a red tank top of a store employee and with a knife in his hand. Without introducing himself and without any explanation of the reasons for the stop, he pulled me back to the ticket office in the full sense of the word. It turned out that he didn't like my two-week-old package, crumpled and with holes in some places. When the receptionist confirmed that the package was indeed mine, this "skullcap" disappeared into the space of the trading floor without asking for an apology for the public insult inflicted on me. I am 58 years old. I'm a senior reserve officer. Am I really going to humiliate myself because of a penny package? I'm sorry that the management of the store "Hit! Express" on Sharangovich Street, 34 did not train its employees to minimal etiquette and polite attitude to the customer. I leave it on their conscience.
