I often go here for everyday products: close, there are the most necessary things at an attractive price. The store is clean. When cashiers + CSR were working, there were practically no queues. Now a new experiment is all through CSR. And the queues have grown again.
The rating has been increased due to the appearance of self-service cash registers. Now you can quickly drop by to pick up the missing groceries at home...
There is always a large assortment of goods, everything is neat in the trading floor. The nice and courteous staff will always answer your question with a smile
The service is poor, not friendly, and there are constant queues due to the fact that only one ticket office is open, although there are two of them. In short, I do not recommend it.
There is an endless queue at lunch when the children are coming from school, and in the evening when people are stomping from work. And, unfortunately, I haven't seen two sellers working at the same time for a long time.
Self-service ticket offices save the situation.
By the way, it's quite a good assortment for a Hit.
It's not too crowded, but there are enough goods for basic necessities.

I want to express my negativity about this store.
In the 1st, sellers refuse to help the goods.
In the 2nd in the sausage department, due to the pandemic, what is the most important thing is self-service... there is no seller who would cut off the assortment of sausages. (I have to do everything myself).
In 3 of them, Not all products have price tags
In 4 There are expired dairy products
At 5, slow cashiers work and manage to talk on the phone or with other sellers.
Dignity. Hand treatment is not always available in the store.
Cashiers work without disposable gloves.
One cash register is constantly open.
