We stayed here in October 2024 for 1 night. The location suited us, 7 minutes from the railway station, 15-20 minutes to the old town along the paved boulevard. The breakfasts are quite good, the interior of the hotel is beautiful, the room itself, despite the Superior category, seemed simply rustic, but everything was necessary (water, slippers, clean towels). They took money for early check-in, and also asked to pay a tourist fee of 100,000 soums for two. I recommend the hotel.
I also recommend the Sofra restaurant next to the hotel. You won't find anything better in Khiva, and for the same money as the cafe-eateries in the old town.
A very shabby hotel, not worth the money.
Of the good ones - breakfasts, a rich selection of dishes. The location is generally good, 10 minutes on foot to the old town and 10 minutes on foot from the train station too.
A new 3* hotel in the neighborhood of new hotels near the old town. Clean, with oriental charm. Some rooms are decorated with drawings on the ceiling.. But everything is too pretentious. the door to the room is green and gold, Louisianan furniture with bells and whistles, while there is no chair to sit in front of the mirror, a plastic curtain hangs on one hook in the bathroom, there is no light switch by the bed. Wallpaper and bedspreads with a pattern. There is no style. The refrigerator is in the corner. I wanted to rearrange the furniture all the time. The beds are comfortable. Shampoo and gel in a paper bag. 2 good towels, slippers. Breakfast buffet. There is plenty to choose from. The staff is polite, caring, eager to help. There is water in the room and there is a whole cupboard with free water at the reception. The hotel can be reached on foot from the Old Town in 15-20 minutes, but it's hard in the heat.
The hotel is near the fortress, new, almost empty during the January holidays, so the heating did not work, but there was enough air conditioning for warmth. Breakfast was served: on the first day it was sparse, on the second it was varied - they even gave fresh melon, cake, raisins and almonds. Of the 4 hotels in Uzbekistan that we visited, this is the only one where there was a full double bed, mattresses and blankets were also pleasant to sleep in. The WiFi worked well. Water, slippers and toiletries were brought on request
I liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room has everything you need. The bed is comfortable-a big plus!It is close to the train station, and you can also walk to the center on foot.
It's a terrible hotel! Not only was there no hot water, but breakfast consisted of only two mini plates of cottage cheese, even though there were three of us, and nuts! I do not recommend it at all!
A great hotel. The train station is 100 meters away, and the old town is 700 meters away. The staff is very polite, they will help everyone. The breakfast is great. I recommend. The rooms are clean. Only the bed linen is synthetic. There is a swimming pool.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, not far from the train station. The hotel itself is in pretty good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was in the form of a small buffet, I really liked it👍😊
Of the advantages, the location is good, the rooms are clean, and the linen is good.
It seemed to me that there was no one else in the hotel, there was a lone receptionist at the reception, who was very kind.
they settled us without any problems before 14.00, thanks for that.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but there is no staff at all. If you need something, you will ask, you will wait for some time, but nothing will be done. About breakfast, a separate conversation. Slicing cheese, sausage, some crackers, bony grapes and tender small apples. Semolina or oatmeal porridge (a rare muck) should also be asked for scrambled eggs (if you don't know this, eat what is cut above). There is no coffee, not even instant, only tea.
Attention, ***!
I stayed in the room for two nights. Five days later, I left a review on the Booking, and my booking was cancelled retroactively 🤣
I'll leave it here for our tourists
Not worth the money
Friends, this is Uzbekistan. Divide the laudatory reviews into two.
- the extortionate price of a transfer from the airport to the hotel is $ 15, in an old car;
- lack of sound insulation, you will hear every step in the room, every word of the neighbors;
- there is no ventilation in the bathroom, it smells of mold;
- water from the shower flows down to the floor, creating a small flood;
- the window pane is kept open with the help of a bottle and such a mother;
- curtains do not protect from the morning sun;
- breakfast is meager and, attention, with paid coffee (20,000 soums).
- the pool is heated only by the sun.
The cherry on the cake is the driver Ulugbek, who will very unprofitably change rubles for soums (120, not 135, as in a cafe).
The town itself is small, cozy, and for one day it is a wonderful exotic.
It is located next to the train station, opposite the amusement park. The rooms are comfortable, we have a view of the city. The water pressure in the shower is weak, the water is cold. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle. There is no tea or coffee. The breakfast menu is not bad, but the coffee machine is paid. The pool is cold, we never swam.
Relatively good. The buffet is varied. The room is cleaned, everything is clean
Wi-Fi breaks down periodically and works only at the reception

The worst hotel in all my travels. The hotel is dirty, neglected, it is clear that cleaning is neglected there. They settled into a dirty room: dust, hair everywhere, even the bed linen was not changed. The floors are all crooked, apparently the ground has sunk and walked like a slide. They gave out 1 sneaker, for two people, there are only 3 hangers. There is no shower gel, no ear sticks, no dental kit. Shampoo, yes soap. For some reason, toilet paper is screwed almost to the floor. The bathroom has a bad water pressure, the shower hose is short. The descent on the toilet was stuck, it was impossible to use the brush, because it was not pulled out. The tulle is torn. Sleeping on the bed is not possible, the mattresses are in holes and terribly dirty. Bed linen in pellets. To say about the cleanliness of mattresses that they are dirty means to deceive. They are VERY dirty. The breakfasts are disgusting, clouds of flies sit right on the food: fruits, vegetables, bread, etc. The tables are dirty, there are eggshells on the floor. Hot dishes, ice cold: porridge, fried eggs, sausages. And of course, the cherry on the cake was pita bread, which was bitten off, not broken off, but right with tooth prints and lay in a common dish. They left hungry and went to other places for breakfast. The only person I give a star to is one employee at the reception, he was the only one who cares about the guests. On the day of departure, our heels sparkled as we ran away. Sleepless nights, sore back, sides from beds. Yes, another room was offered, but it is not much better. It was the end of October 2023.
Everything looks fresher in the photo on the Booking website. The room was provided not the one stated in the photo - but we checked in after midnight, so we did not demand another one. Breakfasts are scarce
Great hotel. The photos on the Internet correspond to reality. Good breakfasts. Good location. Relative to Russia, it is not very expensive. There are minor flaws, like few hangers or not a comfortable shower, but they can be forgiven. The overall impression is good. The staff speaks Russian tolerably well.
One of the advantages is a good bed
On the downside, the room smells. When you come in, you can smell the old furniture.
We booked through booking. We had an amount of $ 85 in our reservation, and the hotel showed us our reservation with a price of $ 96.

Externally it looks beautiful and stylish. The interior is outdated already, cleanliness is 5/10, food is 4/10.
Excellent location: 5 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the fortress (the main attraction of Khiva). Excellent staff, varied breakfasts, clean and comfortable room, swimming pool in the courtyard.
A normal hotel for Uzbekistan. It resembles the top five in Egypt in terms of repair))) It stands 5 minutes from the railway station and 15 minutes from the old town - right along the new wide tourist street.
The hotel is of course clean, but the walls between the rooms are cardboard, the audibility is too good for a hotel, this is not acceptable!!! The food is so-so Wi-Fi is also so-so
We drove all over Uzbekistan from Tashkent to Urgench, we have never met a better hotel, an ideal place to relax, friendly and friendly staff, convenient location, delicious food!
