It happened so that we had to find a place for one night, so we found this one at the evening, tired and exhausted. I immediately called the phone number and woman helped me find their hotel entrance. Very hostile and friendly staff, I liked to have a conversation with them. Also they meet us with tea and snacks/fruits, even though they shouldn't. Price is very pleasant and the rooms are quite fine, especially for the price. Totally recommend.

Excellent staff. A very tasty breakfast consisting of several dishes. The owners are attentive, friendly people.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and comfortable.
I recommend. The hotel is located in the Khiva fortress.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2022. I really liked it, it is clean, cozy, comfortable, well furnished, the hall is beautifully decorated in national traditions, there is a courtyard in which it is pleasant to relax. The tactful, friendly, friendly staff works professionally, will answer all questions, help solve problems, feed you a delicious breakfast, and if necessary, lunch and dinner. We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. Comfortable accommodation, friendly hosts. We were picked up from the airport in Urgench, helped to find a very good city guide and found a car to Bukhara. A room with 4 beds and a private bathroom. Everything is clean and comfortable for a reasonable price!!!

There are no rooms with a double bed. Two single beds with two mattresses are pushed together - and here's a "double bed" for you (sleeping together on such a "double bed" is wildly uncomfortable because of the gap between the mattresses). There were no chairs in the room. There is also no mini fridge. There were, as I mentioned, two single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a TV and an air conditioner pushed together.
The breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly.
Tip: there are so many guesthouses in Ichan-kala that you can not even book a hotel in advance, but come and find a free option on the spot (of course, if time allows). Then, perhaps, you will also bargain with the administration, maybe you will be able to reduce the price for accommodation.

A very cozy mini-hotel in the old town, inside the fortress. Very atmospheric, cozy, clean. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and the most convenient location for tourists. If I'm still in Khiva, I'll settle there. I recommend it to everyone!
