The hotel turned out to be the best of the whole trip to Uzbekistan. There were Platon in Samarkand, Dera Hotel in Bukhara and Asia. There is no obsession with the staff, everything is really very calm and high-quality. A quiet place, a really clean pool, it turned out to be a problem in Uzbekistan, a lot of sunbeds. The room is large and on the ground floor there are rooms with balconies. It was really difficult to find him, I was looking for him, given the experience of previous impressions of the country's hotels. There were no seats, but I called and was told that there are rooms, it is better to check on the office.the website. I don't understand why they don't praise him. I'm sharing my find, so to speak, since I'm not going to return to Uzbekistan anymore)) use it))
The hotel in Khiva is a real oasis of comfort in the heart of the historic city. Its cozy rooms are furnished in a traditional Uzbek style, which creates an atmosphere of authenticity and comfort. The staff is attentive to the needs of the guests and is always ready to help. The location of the hotel allows easy access to the main attractions of Khiva, which makes it an ideal choice for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the ancient city and enjoy a comfortable stay.
A good hotel, Russian-speaking staff, quite helpful. We ran out of water in the room, they brought it very quickly. An accident happened - the refrigerator did not work. It turned out that the outlet was not working. After the second kick, an extension cord was brought. The hotel is located near Ichan-Kala (10-15 minutes on foot). There is a Ferris wheel nearby, which you can use to navigate. A large, bright room. The room is clean, the bathroom has not a shower cabin, but a bathtub (very slippery, neat)))). There are all the toiletries. Breakfast, as in all Uzbekistan, is cold, and there are a lot of sweets. The highest tourist fee of all the cities where we have been. Check-in at 14:00, if you arrived earlier, you will not be checked in, but your belongings will be left in the back room. It is better to order a taxi through the hotel as a last resort, because it turns out to be much more expensive. It is better to immediately negotiate with taxi drivers at the train station / airport.
The hotel is new, fresh, and the territory is still being developed. There is a construction site nearby (something like an amusement park). Oriental style, sofas, white curtains in the lobby. Polite staff. In the room there is a kettle, a set of towels, a refrigerator, hygiene products, bathrobes and slippers. The pool is small, there are sun beds. A very good variety of breakfasts - chicken, sausages, fruits and vegetables in various forms, eggs, cheese, pastries, hot and cold drinks. To the railway station - 20-25 minutes on foot, to the old town - 10 minutes.
Very modern in terms of interior and service. Clean, spacious, with a private pool, which is especially relevant in the heat. Rooms with balconies overlooking the fortress walls of Khiva. The breakfasts are hearty, delicious, and varied.
The old town is a five-minute leisurely walk away.
The hotel is new, the landscaping work has not yet been completed.
We stayed in celebration of Melon Day. The fireworks were watched directly from the pool.
Five people lived in the same room (2 adults, 3 children). The administration installed an extra bed very quickly and for a small surcharge.
I lived in this hotel on a trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel is extremely well located relative to the attractions. 7 minutes walk to Ichan-Kala. In front of the hotel there are various cafes with local cuisine and a shop. The rooms are nice and cozy. I lived in a standard one, and I liked everything. The air conditioning was working, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were good too. Breakfast is a separate story - I really liked it, they made me a very tasty omelet with cheese! I recommend you to try it! The WiFi was working. Drinks such as cola and juice can be purchased at the reception. There is also a swimming pool outside, in the evening after dinner you can swim. The staff are very friendly, helped with everything, and with a taxi and a suitcase, and told me where else to go. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Wonderful location, very close to Ichan Kala and Nurullabaya Palace. The hotel is new, everything is clean and beautiful. Official "three stars", not "five", so you should not expect luxurious rooms and breakfast with champagne, but you can count on a decent European-style room with a bathrobe, snow-white towels and a good breakfast. A very beautiful hall with a local flavor.
I would also like to thank the hotel staff, who always helped and solved any non-standard issues. You feel like a special, important guest, for whose comfort everything is being done.
A large modern hotel! Great location!
For such an outwardly cool hotel, the internal filling of the rooms is extremely inappropriate (there are not enough small things without which it is already uncomfortable) and the choice of breakfast dishes is meager and mediocre.
Conveniently located within walking distance from the pedestrian center of the city. Nearby restaurants. The hotel is not new, but everything is clean. Breakfasts (as almost everywhere in Uzbekistan) are quite simple and do not have a wide choice. The rooms are very large
The hotel is very nice and in a great location. My comment about the room is not representative, because under our desire to get a two-room room, we were still given an awesome-sized room, but the problem is that we didn't have time to make it, we were able to drag beds from ordinary rooms. From its own furniture, there seemed to be only a sofa and a coffee table. I took off one star for the fact that the sofa was never unpacked - part of the sofa remained wrapped in film both during check-in and during subsequent cleaning
Breakfast. Well, breakfast is breakfast, but they have a real coffee machine there, and not the usual jugs for hotels with a liquid flavored with coffee aroma.
A beautiful hotel, a little deserted and the breakfasts are meager, but the rooms are very clean, and the entrance group is mesmerizing in its beauty. Conveniently located.
Not a bad hotel, spacious rooms, close to the old town, which is convenient for walking. Of the minuses: a modest choice for breakfast, construction and repairs are still going on around. We were in early November, the rooms were stuffy, and the air conditioning system was already turned off for the winter
The excellent location of the hotel, although it is not in the oldest city, but within walking distance. Large room, friendly staff, comfortable bed. The only thing for 3 nights was the air conditioner constantly broke down at night, it was very hot in the morning, breakfasts according to a pre-planned menu, the average would be more fruits, it took a very long time to clean the pool, all 3 days that we were :(
Oh, yes!
This is a hotel with serious intentions for 5*!
The pool, the surroundings, the reception service is serious and friendly, large rooms, cleanliness. Excellent location for lovers of moderate walks - all the sights and the market are within walking distance.
A normal hotel. The location is very convenient - 3-4 minutes and you are in the fortress. We were out of season, it was cold and a lot, of course, did not work, but as I understood it - there is a swimming pool on the street, a gym on the 1st floor, as well as a bar. The breakfasts are not bad. For one night, which is quite enough in Khiva, just right.
The hotel is not far from the sights. Minus the breakfast table is not very good. I would put 3 out of 5 points. And the rooms are 4 out of 5 because the balcony is not cleaned and dusty. Wifi it is, it doesn't work fast, but it is. The hotel itself is quiet and there are few people. And by the way, if you come from the street and order a room at a different price, that is, it is more expensive and you can order through the website at a different price cheaper by 10-15%.
When traveling, we treat the choice of hotels fastidiously. I liked the attitude of the staff to the guests, clean and comfortable rooms, proximity to attractions (maximum 10 minutes and you are at the walls of the Old Town). The breakfasts are not plentiful, but sufficient. There is no restaurant as such, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. If you choose where to stay in Khiva, then this place has more advantages than disadvantages.
The location is gorgeous. The rooms are great, clean. The breakfasts are good. But I was disappointed by the lack of water in the pool... We were at the end of April, and they said they would probably start filling with water in May.
The guys at the reception do not try to solve any questions that the guests have. Card payment is not accepted, cash payment is also not accepted, because there is no change.
The breakfast is modest, with only scrambled eggs or semolina porridge + 3in1 coffee and fruits.
There is a swimming pool.
From Ichan Kala for 10-15 minutes in the heat
Great hotel. Good service, responsive staff, promptly solves problems around the hotel. Convenient location, near the old town, near the Palace of the Khiva Emirs. Excellent European breakfasts, clean, entourage. I recommend.
Excellent location near the old town friendly staff national interior there is a small but cozy swimming pool breakfasts are sufficient but modest- you will overeat in the restaurants of the old town
Khiva on December 28. The Khiva Residence Hotel, like an oasis in the desert among the dreary guest houses, pleases with both hospitality and European service. In the luxurious lobby of the hotel, we were greeted by the charming Svetlana, who immediately provided us with a room, we had an early check-in. Moreover, considering that we offered breakfast from the road. These wonderful breakfasts have already been mentioned in the reviews, I will not repeat myself. I will also mention that Khiva is a small town and the location of the hotel allows you to walk to the bank, market, old town and even the railway station.
The room was spacious, clean with a good mattress and modern plumbing.
Summary – the best hotel in the city. For those who want something authentic and extravagant, the old town of Itchan Kala is full of boutique hotels with national ornaments.
But if you need to have a good rest, wash off the dust of centuries and fall asleep peacefully, go to the Khiva Residence hotel.
EMPLOYEES - EMPLOYEES ARE POLITE..CLEANLINESS AND ORDER, AS FOLLOWS ACCORDING TO GOST...THE COOK WILL COOK VERY TASTY ....÷ 5 .

A relatively new, clean and quiet hotel. Convenient location. The towels are new, snow-white and soft. A dental kit and slippers are provided on request, probably: I had to remind the administrator about the absence of slippers in room #302. A puppet theater is being built nearby, but everything is quiet at night.
An average breakfast, an egg and vegetable omelet, scrambled eggs, and milk porridge are prepared separately for everyone.
The city of Khiva is Ichan-Kala, and the hotel is in the immediate vicinity, of course, there are places of accommodation in the old city, but this is a different format and there is no assistant Ibrahim, I read a lot of positive things about him about booking, and I also confirm his responsiveness, kindness and sensitivity to the needs of hotel guests! Speaks Russian well!) The hotel is new, airy, white, free, high ceilings, everything in bright colors plus turquoise), in general, the oriental flavor is felt. The breakfasts are good, you won't go out hungry and cold, there are pastries, even a honey cake). The hotel is new, something else will be improved on the street, but everything is OK inside, the rooms are by no means small, they have everything they need, including small things that make you feel at home. To continue like this!
Dear tourists. We travel quite a lot, but we have never seen such cordiality, service, beauty and convenience anywhere! And the breakfasts prepared personally by the hostess are something! It rarely gets me excited, but it's worth it. Starting with a meeting at the Urgench airport and ending with assistance with any questions. There was a problem with cashing out Russian rubles in local soums already in Bukhara, and then the owners helped. The location is wonderful. You are 300 meters from Ichan-kala, i.e. almost in the center of historical Khorezm. Be sure to come here!
With a low bow to the manager and all the staff of the hotel, guests from Saratov.
Nice hotel, I recommend it. New and fresh renovation, hard mattress(back relief after long walks), very pleasant and friendly staff. There is a swimming pool on site. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. The hotel is located next to the main entrance to the old town.
The rich atmosphere, a cold meager breakfast, as in many hotels in Uzbekistan, the room is poorly cleaned (carpet is probably rarely vacuumed), the staff are polite
The hotel is new, but only the entrance area pleases the eye. The balcony is dirty, the windows are unwashed, the door to the balcony did not close, the area around the pool is unkempt. The staff is friendly and courteous, all requests were answered with an affirmative smile. But! Not a single request was granted.
The rooms are clean and modern, the lobby is beautiful. To the fortress - 7 min walk. There is a supermarket nearby.
At breakfast - soured milk, disgusting-tasting grilled vegetables, smoked sausage.
This is a complete failure. The hotel does not attract 4 stars at all. The beds are so hard, it's like sleeping on a wooden bench. The quality of repairs, furniture and cleaning leaves much to be desired, the territory is not gentrified, there is no fence, the restaurant-bar is just a name. It only works in the morning as a canteen. I would have given it 2 stars if it wasn't for the staff. The guys are trying their best! They forgot to charge us at check-out. We had to contact the hotel on our own and arrange the transfer of money online.
Honest 3 stars. Pros: a fairly fresh hotel with large rooms. Minus: the service is so-so, and the air conditioners did not work in November. Although it's plus 25 in the afternoon and it's hot enough in the room from the gorgeous Uzbek sun.
The best place in Khiva in terms of attitude towards a European traveler
It is considered important here that you think how you are doing and in general that everything goes well
An individual (!) option is prepared for breakfast, if you ask
The level of cleanliness in the kitchen is excellent
There are several places in Khiva that are twice as expensive, here the level of service is similar, also the repair and furnishing of the rooms in the form of "light American classics" adjusted for the class of furniture
In general, choose to come here if you are in Khiva
(I have not visited any hotels before)
Excellent hotel, close to the sights of Khiva. The friendly and sociable staff of the hotel. The average price in the off-season is 400,000 sums per bed. We were alone at the whole hotel. The pool is clean, the water circulates. Out of season, residents of the city come (to swim in the pool) is not very convenient for guests.
We booked a hotel (not cheap) only because of the pool, we came to check in and it's good that we decided to see the pool first... we were informed that it was not working ((
Neither when booking nor when making this was reported
The most excellent hotel in Khiva!!! The staff are the most responsive, the comfort is at the highest level!!! I've been there 3 times already in a year. And I hope to be on my next business trips in 2023
A wonderful place, the new hotel opened a month ago! Near the fortress! The tour is 5 minutes away on foot! The breakfast is super, the rooms are on fire! I recommend it to everyone!
Excellent new hotel, attentive managers, good breakfast. All the sights are within walking distance. Since the hotel has just opened, there are few people in it
