I've been there. The impression is terrible. The dialogue began with the fact that we do not have installers and that's it. After asking for a consultation, 2 standard air conditioners were shown (with an explanation only that this is China and the second one is better). I did not receive an answer to additional questions about the configuration and methods of condensate discharge.
